This is the second time of ordering from Miss Rebel as I had experienced amazing service and delivery was on time and the clothes were fab. This time though, I ordered £100 worth of clothing and it arrived later than I was expecting. Everything was there. However, I had ordered three different pairs of jeans and they gave me two of the same pair but in different sizes this is the first mistake I've experienced with this company. Everything else is ok though. The sweater I ordered was lovely and soft, so was the hoodie, and the skirts I loved. It's just the jeans I have an issue with.

All the items I ordered were of a lovely quality and it saved my money too as I got the bits in the sale. I've already shown a few people the website and can't wait for winter stock as with a teen it's really going to help. It would be nice to of had a few more options of sizes but as it was mainly sale stuff I bought I understand the limited stock.

the clothes are really good qauiltly and don,t reflact the price costumer service was very helpful and quick to replay and will be doing alot more shopping with them and would recommend delivey was qiuck and in the time frame given so over all a++++

I was paranoid after reading reviews here but i watched haul videos and was convinced. I just got my stuff. An hour a ago. Tried it on. Everrything was there. Cheap. But all of it was a lot thinner than i was expecting. I feel as if i need to take extra care with it. The purple lace dress i expected to be brighter . One of the jumprr bigger than i expected.. but the tartan dress is soft. So ovrrall im glad. Delivery came within 6 days. Im patient so i ws alrght wae tht. I guess it jst is by chance if you get it or not.

Honestly I didn't really like the site alot but I will never jump to conculsion again . The service was excellent . The clothes good quality they seriously need to take better pictures of their stuff they dont do it any justice . I live in belgium will be shopping with them lots more.

Have bought from miss rebel Around 10 times now, items have always came quickly and fit lovely. Once I had an item which was stained slightly but it was a dress for a fiver, can't go wrong really as they are always fast at delivering and have never had to contact them and are good quality.

I Ordered a few dresses here and I spent over 45£ on the 1st of December, I did not receive my order so I contacted customer service on ( in 4 days time ) by email.

And they told me my order will be dispatched before the weekend, I again contact them and told me ( Thanks you for your enquiry, we were waiting for an item to come into stock, so we could complete your order. Your order will be dispatched tomorrow (which was 9th December) and with you by Thursday 11th December. From Kind Regards Steven..

I contacted them again on the 12th of December and again they gave me an excuse which was ( Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in processing your order, mainly due to extra demand during the festive season. The order was dispatched in 9/12/14 and should be with you shortly. From Kind Regards Steven.

I keep sending them messages but they also keep giving me excuses so I took contact with the DPD post (003292161500) cos they told me my order is with them, I get to know that missrebel hasn't sent an order to the DPD post, u sent missrebel an email and up till now no reply has been given.
It been 17 days since I placed my order and all I got was excuses and lies.

I don't believe these reviews here are true, maybe the company or the workers made themselves. If it was true I would have had my order by now and why did the customer service lied to me too.

Please don't wast your time and money for some stupid excuses, I won't use this website again because they lied to me about my order and it will take so long to receive my item that's if I'm ever ganna receive it..... it been 17 days now yet my items hasn't been sent. ... friendly advice

ordered a few converse tops spent over £20 on 8th december said will be there in a few days even sports direct and amazon after the date turned up even ebay. Contacted customer services email after email no response. MY response is this ignore the reviews here don't buy, because you won't get your items , you won't get a response they avoid your emails and even paypal disputes they don't respond to.

I don't believe these reviews are true and more than likely friends of the company or company workers themselves.

if it was true would have had my items by now and a response.

in other words thanks for your money we don't have and never will have the item please wait a longtime we are enjoying spending your money and ruining your christmas. we know legal jargon so don't bother to contact us wait this time and don't expecta tracking number.

please please please do not buy form this company I urge you to make sure you don't mind waiting a lifetime and be stuck with massive excuses!

but myself I won't use this company again because.... they took so long to tell me that the items are POSSIBLY OUT OF STOCK. and I mean possibly as don't believe a word they say.

Love this site - Such good value for items that are 3x+ more expesive instore. Was a little dissapointed wtith a black jumper that was a little too small and then shrunk in the wash! couldn't return as it had been washed but I've given it to my friend who is a size 6 and fits her fine :)

Overall, I will continue to shop from here. Great Value and items to match!

The pants were fab comfy and fashionable but the jumper had 2 big holes in it after just one wear.

There was a lot to chose from and all the clothes were really good quality, delivery was fast and easy. However the size guide was very misleading and the shorts I ordered were way too small. Otherwise, very good.

Miss rebel gave me a unbelivably good online shopping experience. As I was on the website I found it quick and easy to find excatly what I was looking for along with extra amazing quality clothing! The paying aspect was also no hassle! Finaly the postage and packaging came in speedy timing!!

My name is nwamaka and I live in Nigeria. Now if you know Nigerians lol you would know we have not so many boutiques with quality apparel. I am quite the shopaholic I love fashion and cool stuffs lol. It was really difficult finding amazing clothes with top quality. Until! I found missrebel online. At first I was a little skeptical about it, basically because I hadn't shopped online before and I am very paranoid. I tried it out. I only bought one t-shirt. When it arrived I was overwhelmed! First it arrived so QUICKLY! And it was brought right to my door step. Next, I tried on the t-shirt and wow it fit perfectly. The quality of the fabric used was really nice. And from that moment I fell too in love with missrebel. I've recorded just one case in my orders where I had to ask customer service for the whereabouts of my parcel, and it turned out the Nigerian postal service didn't send me a notification about the shipment of the item or the tracking number. Once I sent the complaint to the customer service at missrebel, the representative provided the tracking number of the parcel and explained that it was because of some minor issues with fedEX at that point. The sizing of the clothes are just right. Clothes and accessories are exactly thesame as it looks online. Missrebel is really doing something good. Imean, it helped me!! And I'm sure missrebel is putting smiles on so many other faces. I don't see me not shopping at missrebel in forever and a day more.

Really good site, everything is cheap and cheerful, converse and other fashionable trendy items are all reasonable pricing.. pictures are exactly like what you get and even sent it to me for free delivery as order was over 35 pounds.. wish they made slightly larger sizes such as more size 16 for more off there items though otherwise perfect site for clothing!

I use this site an awful lot and I've never been let down. The stock is constantly being updated with plenty if variety across all budgets. They have plenty if special offers and sales too which make the items incredibly affordable. There are always basic items on the site under £5 including cardigans and harem pants that I find so comfortable and on trend and they come in a variety of colours. Yes there are items on the site that really don't appeal to me but that is no problem. They order process is very user friendly, and my orders have been received within one or two days.
This really is a treasure of a site and I am one very happy customer.

I absolutely love Miss Rebel and have recommended them to my friends and work colleagues, all my current favorite stuff is from there and I love picking up a few bits every pay day! They sell really good quality stuff that would be at least x 4 times the price on the high street, people are always shocked when they ask how much an item I'm wearing was and where its from. Delivery is always quick and reliable and there are frequent offers and new arrival updates sent via e-mail if you sign up to the newsletter. It's safe to say it's my firm favorite online shop!

I like the clothes I brought from miss rebel there great the price is great and delivery is great and will be purchasing a lot more from miss rebel in the future
