A bit slow with returns/refunds but otherwise all good.

Pleased with quality of parts, much quicker delivery than before

I was after a set of new front shocks for my Type R and Mister Auto was the 2nd cheapest I could find but they had a huge number of better reviews than the cheapest supplier (Auto Doc). I didn’t want to take a risk with hundreds of pounds of my money so I went with Mister Auto.
I called up to double check the items I wanted to order were correct for my vehicle and they were very helpful. The website itself could have more information on the products to reduce the need to call and check.
My order was dispatched when they promised, it was well packaged and the delivery company they used were satisfactory and my order arrived safely and in a good time frame. More importantly, I got the correct genuine items and they fit my vehicle perfectly unlike the risk you get with using the other parts supplier (AD).
Mister Auto do great prices with excellent service so far. I will be back to order again!

Definitely the worst company! Bought something using my reg no, when I received the item I realised that the item doesn’t match. Sent it back straight away but I didn’t get a refund earlier than 3 weeks since they received the item back.
Bought it on 22nd of January, sent back and received by mr auto on 30th of January and get the refund on 28th of February.

Ordered 2 shocks, one at £85 the one on deal @50.
Day before delivery message saying sorry part not available.
Guessed it would be the one at £50 and I was right.
Checked part on eBay and 10 available now at £85.
Takes the biscuit finding out so late on, could have phoned me or mailed me to say hey we made a mistake but no.
Now paid £110 to get fast delivery from another company.
All mister-auto could do is say sorry.
Fast refund on the £50 though.
Beware of their hot deals.

Always a prompt service and good price, just check compatibility, occasionally (as with all motor factors) it’s the wrong part.

I bought the cheapest fuel pump but paid dearly for it. The part didn't fit. Once installed it doesn't perform properly.

I ordered a pair of shock absorbers, the delivery arrived three days later than promised. The items had been inadequately packed, the cardboard box had split open and my items were missing. Very disappointed by being let down by poor packaging.

I have confidence in this subsidiary of the PSA Group. I feel that any product that I purchase will be suitable for my DS3 DSport. I appreciate the "free delivery" via the App.
