I received a horrifying quote from Porsche for the replacement of damaged condensers. It was approximately double the cost of two new Porsche branded Hella condensers and two hours of Porsche labour! Therefore, I decided to find an alternative. Living just north of London I was disappointed to find that Mister Cool was in Derby. However, I am so pleased I decided to drive there for Justyn to do the job. His quote with Hella condensers was just over one third of the Porche price. I decided to use Nissen condensers, which he recommends as being the same quality as Hella, and saves a considerable amount. The service was excellent. Justyn is very knowledgeable, as his site demonstrates, he worked quickly and efficiently and I enjoyed a much cooler return to London. Another delighted customer.

I am very particular about who I take my car to for repairs, however I would not hesitate in taking it back to Justyn. He is a true professional and his expertise is immediately obvious through his excellent service. Justyn performed a nitrogen leak test on my Fabia and advised that the condenser needed to be replaced, the result is ice cold air conditioning that no longer needs continuous re-gassing. If you need your air conditioning fixing, I can’t recommend Justyn highly enough.

I had a VW Passat where the air conditioning had not been working for a year, had put it off from having it repaired due to the cost.
Decided to look around and came across Mr Cool Air Conditioning website. Call Mr Cool to see what could be done, after taking car over for an inspection I did have the work done a week later.
Great service, gives good advice at a sensible price and keeps to his word, can highly recommend.

I wish I had gone to Justyn before having my AC recharged a ATS tyres. The condenser was badly damage so it was a waste of my money.. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Cool for anything AC on a car. Well done Justyn.

We recently bought a van which we are using to travel around Europe for a few months and after getting it re-gassed at a high street garage it quickly stopped working and we realised it was broken. We contacted Justyn for advice and then took it over. He diagnosed the broken condenser straight away, showed us and explained the fault. He was able to fit us in for the replacement soon after, in time for us leaving the country. We're now in Croatia where the temperature is 35°c+ every day and the A/C is working perfectly!! Very pleased with the fantastic service Justyn provided and would thoroughly recommend him!

Having put up with a leaking aircon system on my Skoda Octavia for some years (costing no trivial amount in recharges) and my local garage having failed to find the leak, I picked Mister Cool more or less at random from Yellow Pages; not something I particularly like doing.

As it happened, it was a lucky choice, for Justyn proved to be a knowledgeable, professional and friendly chap. He found the leak immediately and charged a very reasonable amount for fitting a replacement condenser and recharging the system.

Two months later – by far the longest the system has ever held on to its refrigerant - it's still working. Mister Cool has earned my complete praise and satisfaction.

Justyn did a great job. Checked the car over the following morning and found the leak in the air con condenser within 10 minutes. Ordered the part for me and got it repaired on the Sunday morning which was really convenient. Took him about 3 hours. Job done, air con is nice and cool again. Was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the main dealer (excuse the pun). Excellent service, highly recommended.

I came accross MisterCool whilst 'Googling' for 911 condensers, for comparitive purposes and my own edification on the subject - I had been quoted £800+ at a local (Cambridge) independent specialist - after being charged £80 for diagnosis, and wondered if this was the going rate, and would indeed solve my AC problem.
The MisterCool website was very informative and interestingly for me, with specific information on Porsche.
A phone call was all that was needed to know that Justyn was the man for the job despite the proximity. He identified immediately from the symptoms what was needed and clearly had the relevant experience and I would be confident to trust with my car . It was certainly worth the 200+ mile round trip to Derby - a pleasant, accommodating, professional experience, great value and most importantly I am now cool! Many thanks Justyn.

Visited today with a BMW 320d with virtually no cold air at all. Justyn was very easy to deal with and explained everything while sorting the problem. Great to deal with, very reasonable price and I drove home in a freezer!

After receiving a few high quotes to replace my Skoda Octavia condenser, I found Mister Cool. Not only was Justyn the cheapest but also the first to say he could do the job on site.
On the day Justyn turned up early and got straight to work. He was very polite and knowledgeable and finished the job without any problems.

I contacted Justyn at Mister Cool after having my air con refilled by someone else and it lasting no more than a week. He was quickly able to find the leak and show it to me. He provided a reasonable quote to replace the leaking part and I went ahead and had it repaired by him. My air conditioning has been working fine ever since.
