The product I bought is different from what I saw in the pictures and very bad quality. The problem is whan you want to return it. They tell you to send it to China! The customer support is terrible. Never any more!

Quick Verdict: Stay away from Misterlamp and spend your money elsewhere.

Here’s the long version:

Knowing that the product we purchased wouldn’t be the same quality as the original it was based on, we were still disappointed. Even for the price. The package took a long time to arrive. As mentioned, the quality was worse than expected, and it arrived damaged. Nothing matched—neither the pictures on the website, the box, nor the lamp itself. Not even the product description on the box matched what was inside.

The website claims “100% satisfaction or your money back.” I initiated a return, and instead of processing a refund as I had clearly requested, Misterlamp sent a replacement. I explained that I simply wanted to return the product and get my money back. I even suggested they use the refund money for a return label, but that didn’t happen. When I then told them I wouldn’t pick up the replacement, they informed me that I couldn’t complete the return process unless I did.

I got them to promise that if I picked up the replacement, I would get my money back. You can probably guess how that ended.

Now, Misterlamp demands that I send both products to China in order to receive a refund. Guess where the package was originally shipped from? Sweden.

Would like to give 0 stars but that’s not possible. The article looks cheap (price was 149€) and must be returned to a Chinese address at the customer’s charge. Not to recommend.

This is a completely fraudulent company.

It has nothing to do with Sweden / Stockholm. All products are shipping from China and are super low quality. They take ages (3-4 weeks) to arrive, all instructions are in Mandarin, and don't connect correctly to EU-standard electrical circuits.

If you try to ask for a refund, they do everything possible to avoid giving it to you and then say you have to send it back to a random warehouse in China only "to be given the chance" to have a refund.

It is complete junk. If you want a light like this, all of their products are available on AliExpress for 20-50% of the price Mister-Lamp charges.

e.g. Mister-Lamp has "Bauhaus pendellampa i färgat glas" for 995 SEK. EXACTLY the same light (they have the same pictures) available on AliExpress for 557 SEK (search "Nordic Glass Denmark Pendant Lights for Kitchen Dining Room Restaurant Hanging Lamp Decoration Modern Ceiling Chandeliers Orange")

Oh, and they are also committing VAT fraud.

They are simply deceiving people, I sent a crappy lamp back to China according to their returns procedures. They are doing everything to not give me my money back!

This is a company that is playing a dangerous game. They advertise with the original product names and original packaging videos with the original design company name. Then you get the product and it is one of the worst Chinese rip-offs ever seen....I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company. It seems to be pure scam!

Update: They don't answer any phone calls, after more than a week I got a response on my email saying that the return cost is 20 EUR (!!) and I need to send it to China. This does not longer seem to be a pure scam, it is a pure scam!!
