Coating voor €9.500

Bij het kiezen van diverse spiegelende glazen voor een (rayban, Superdry, etc) zonnebril op sterkte wordt er op de website maar liefst meer dan €9.500 bijgerekend.
Dit gemaild naar MisterSpex en dan krijg je dit bericht:

Glass spectacle lenses in Porsche Design glasses frame fractured within one day

I've purchased a Porsche Design glasses frame with glass spectacle lenses. The frame is very thin and flexible and after wearing the glasses for a day the edge of the glass spectacle lenses broke.
I reached out to Mister Spex to explain that they have sold me an inferior product. Mounting glass spectacle lenses in such a flexible glasses frame is a construction error.
Instead of apologising for their mistake and correcting the problem, they reported: "Our Claims Department has thoroughly assessed your case and determined that the reported defect is not covered by the warranty terms".
I've complained a second time (value of the order was more than EUR 700) and they simply reported: "The Claims department has reviewed your case and the request in our correspondence. They have informed me that their decision is final".
For such a large organisation, not taking any responsibility for their own mistakes, I can only conclude that Mister Spex is not interested at all in customer satisfaction.
If you are considering a purchase with them, my advice is: don't do it.

No delivery to Portugal anymore

Nice product, so far reliable and with quality.
Unfortunately, and despite stating otherwise in their »AGB«, they do not deliver to Portugal anymore! I made a couple of family purchases some months ago (for well above 1K altogether), but that's history now.
One less client.

No tracking provided and bad customer service

I have been a customer with mister spex for many years and had no problems before. However they now don’t provide a tracking for contact lenses. I got the confirmation that my parcel was sent out one day after ordering but over a week later no news whatsoever. Customer service is useless and told me to wait one week more as the lenses are sent out via normal letter without tracking. I now do not have the lenses, which I needed before leaving for the summer holiday and need to find a new provider. Fun fact: I already got the email to rate my received order last week. But without a tracking I have no idea where my order is.

Bought glasses on the 13th

Bought glasses on the 13th, they took it from my account but i looked on my order history and it says its cancelled even tho i never cancelled it, & i also never got the money back?

Delivery takes way longer than…

Delivery takes way longer than mentioned on their website. It indicated 2-3 workdays. Now we are almost at 10 days. Third time that happens. I m going to change vendors.

I have been facing ongoing issues with…

I have been facing ongoing issues with Mr. Spex. My glasses, essential for work and daily activities, were scheduled for delivery on January 11, 2025. As of January 17, they had not arrived. Despite multiple attempts to cancel the order and request a refund, by January 28, the situation remains unresolved after three emails and three complex calls with their bot-operated call center, which proved unprofessional and ineffective. This experience has significantly impacted my daily life, putting me in a difficult position. I urge potential customers to reconsider their choices based on this experience and not simply be allured by the charm of their stores and the simplicity of their online ordering process. Before making a purchase, I recommend calling their call center to understand the level of service you might receive, this could be quite enlightening.

Good experience, fast and accurate

My first time using Mister Spex, and it was a good choice. The prices are good, and I found my Ray-Bans that are mostly unavailable in other shops.

The order was easy to follow from Germany to the Netherlands, and took 3 days to arrive. I was counting on 4-5 days, so that was nice.

Would never order again.I call to ask…

Would never order again.I call to ask for a tracking number (standard thing to have), I was told its not available. On top of that, when I called, the guy asked me to verify myself. I told him the first, last name, address, etc. and told him I ordered it on my girlfriends name (since shes the one receiving it). He told me he needs to speak to my girlfriend for verification.? Unprofessional company.
