This is the second time I bought in this store.

Have purchased several products for my family and they are great!!! Would recommend, service its great!!! I will purchase again.

This just goes to show they don’t actually read or take notice of review!

What they want is for me to cancel my order to re order at the higher price they are now selling the Xbox Series X for, which is dishonest given they are selling stock that they gone have in the 1st place!!
I would give - 5 Stars if I could.
Well what more can I say that hasn’t already been said! AVOID ***AVOID***AVOID! Ordered my son an Xbox Series X on 21/10/2020 they took the payment and confirmed the order immediately, however I’m yet to receive anything in return! When I try to call they either hang up straight away or it rings a few times before the busy tone comes on! All my emails re the order are being ignored however I wanted to see if the mails were getting there so I enquired on if they have PlayStation 5’s in stock and surprise, surprise the got back to me within 24hrs to say they did, which is very surprising given their below responses re not having the Stock!!! The thing is I understand companies can get supply issues beyond their control, so if they had kept me informed I would be prepared to wait as I won’t get one anywhere else. It’s the total lack of communication from them, unless it’s about me spending more money, that’s the issue. Thank goodness I used my credit card so it’s covered by Section 75 of the consumer credit act.

Getting very angry now with the lack of response, as many people here I just want to know when I will receive the PS5 which was ordered at start of October! Communication from this company is now zero and I’m left not knowing if I will receive in time for Christmas!!

This guy isn’t a scam. I ordered ps5 release day realised shipping 202. Asked for refund same day and as he stated in terms and conditions refund period is 14 working days, he provided me refund within 14 normal days which is slightly faster than the policy says. As I say he isn’t a scam he’s just a one or two man operation which was overwhelmed by volume ... still not okay but at least he isn’t a scam

This is my 2nd time writing a review as seems to be best way to get a response from mistertecno.

Xbox series x ordered 28/10 no info as to when i will recieve my order if i ever will, keep saying there working there way through orders and dont worry you will get youre order and tracking number in time? how much time? its nearly 2 months since it was placed?.
i have sent numerous emails to them and get no response, tried phoning no anwser, absolutely shocking from the start, only thing that was done quickly was taking my money.
There is going to be one unhappy child in my household this xmas thanks to this scam of a site, avoid at all costs.

I have placed an order for a ps5 a control and a game in October for £580 I have been sending emails galore they are not responding. I am not getting anywhere with them do not buy from this site you will lose your money like me . Lowest of the low taking peoples hard earned money . Theives worse site ever

Ordered an Xbox series X on October 21 and waited for the release date to come expecting the console within 15 days post that date. Emailed and got told I would get a reference tracking number when the item is dispatched (very generic). Emailed another three times and got ignored so took it up with the Bank today and they have took my payment back and opened an inquiry. The company will get an email explaining why the payment was took back and it’s up to them to prove they have supplied said item of which they haven’t. I would strongly advise not to use this company at best they are extremely unprofessional or just complete Scam artists and I have to say from my experience and reading the reviews it’s most likely the latter. Absolutely disgusting.

I know things are extremely busy and the rush to get the latest console has been overwhelming but please answer your email, whats app or phone to let us all know when delivery of PS5 will be completed. Put a notice on your website instructing delivery dates according to orders, Be honest and offer refunds if orders cant be fulfilled. Let me know what is happening andput our minds at rest. Once again I would rather give zero stars! I have been waiting 19 days for a refund and still nothing !!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Ordered an Xbox series x on October 10th to be told it would arrive 25th November, NO XBOX. Had emails to say they would keep me updated as to what was happening but no emails. Requested a refund and they’ve stopped answering emails now. Have contacted Barclay card to chase up under section 75

I ordered my xbox series x months ago and was charged and still haven't received my xbox, they don't respond to emails. Will I get my xbox soon or is this company a scam and do I need to get my bank involved? Order reference FNAUBCMVL

Absolutely gutted that the Xbox series X bought & paid for in October still arrived & is unlikely to arrive now. I have sent numerous emails, have tried to call/WhatsApp with no avail. This was the only thing my son asked for for Christmas & I'm devastated that he won't have it because of this company. Believe it or not they are still allowing you to order the Xbox and god help anyone who does. I have asked them to do the right thing & to let me know whether or not they actually have stock in their possession. I have not had a reply from my email. They had the audacity to tell me not to tarnish their name in my last review. They should hang their heads in shame. I've now let my son down by trusting this company. Now will have to fight for a refund. Fuming!!!

Bought a ps5 told end of November then start of December then told 15 days 17 days ago and now are ignoring me through Watts app and email.

EDIT: I have now reported MisterTechno to Action Fraud too - Only took 5 minutes. These fraudsters need to be stopped.
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!! If I could leave ZERO stars, I would... Firstly, the website is dreadful, crashed multiple times trying to put through payment. Eventually gave up, but noticed the payment had been taken from my credit card. Tried to contact them, can't get through on phone, tried multiple times and just rings out, had long conversation on WhatsApp which was very confusing and there was certainly a language barrier, they FINALLY found my order and confirmed payment accepted and sent my a confirmation. This was on 09/10. Emailed in Nov to see when it would be dispatched and was told it would arrive after 7th Dec. Emailed again as no tracker received yet - no reply - tried WhatsApp and no reply... clearly this is a scam. I'm currently trying to get hold of my credit card company to request a refund.

Please I just like to know exactly when my PlayStation is coming because I have ordered it since October 7 and still no answer of when the console is coming my reference number is NEVSCAQHA

Tried to Order Xbox on this Website and it crashed during payment! There was no email confirming any order had been placed. However was only days later after I managed to order one from Curry's that My credit card company text me to say I'd reached 90% of my credit limit did I know something wasn't quite right! On checking the website indeed there was an invoice and order. I tried to contact mistertecno through the website asking for a refund but heard nothing back. I was panicking a bit having looked at the reviews, which I should have done before placing an order in hindsight. However I emailed mistertecno a week later requesting a refund and to be fair they responded back within a couple of hours simply stating :- good evening the refund has been made today thanks. The money was refunded back to my credit card the next day!
So I can't really say this was a Bad experience, like everyone other company I believe they are being let down by suppliers and I don't think the language barrier helps them with their customer service!
The big Companies such as Curry's are not much better, they gave me an order number and invoice took my money and didn't confirm by email. Went on an online Web chat with them a few days ago to find that their website had allowed orders to be placed with no stock, even tho I had been in a cue to order the damn thing. Therfore my order couldn't be honoured and I was given a refund.
So good luck to anyone trying to buy a Xbox or PS5 online this side of Christmas.
