So as they’ve promised me and many others that the ps5 would be here by Xmas, anyone thinking it’s going to I’d wrong, I’ve spoken to Mistertecno today through WhatsApp and they’ve said basically they haven’t got the stock and won’t be here until after Xmas even tho they told me 2 weeks it had been shipped very disappointing as this was my sons Xmas present like many others very poor service

10 days ago I was told my 2x Xbox Series S were shipped, still no tracking information, order still says payment accepted and low and behold no contact from this company! I am going to have 2 very unhappy boys at Christmas and I am now a very unhappy mum for trusting a company like yourselves! How you still have the cheek to be selling these on your site when people have been waiting weeks/months for them is an absolute disgrace!

Says refunded nearly 1 year later still nothing?!

I am beyond words at this moment in time. I have never in my life encountered a company so unprofessional. Made an order the 23rd October and been promised countless times that I will receive it and still nothing sent. This isnt a cheap item to buy at all and people have put there money and trust into this seller. I've messaged multiple times and when I finally get a reply it's full off false promises I was promised it would be send out the end of November its now half way through December and still don't have it...... I WANT A REFUND NOW..

Promised me a refund but has not refunded me after more than 3 months. Any positive reviews must be fake.

Pre-ordered a Playstation 5 in October when they guaranteed me it would be here within 15 days of the release date, that came and went then I receieved an email back eventually after the date and the second release date stating they couldn't guarantee delivery!!!!! Now I've no chance of getting one and to add insult to injury I'm still waiting on a refund!!!!!! So I'm left broke with nothing for my child for Christmas, total shambles of an operation, also very hard to get in contact with

Ordered xbox x on 9th Oct 2020. Payment was taken straight away but no X Box on 15th Dec 2020. No one every answers the phone number, You rarely get a email response. Please do not waste your money with this company. If you see the positive reviews on here they are all from people that have 1 review!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY! One Child without his christmas present thanks to these a**holes.

Update: I have received the refund, used my HSBC international refund claim, worked like a charm, got the money back next day with currency transaction fees as well.However,Company said sent an email saying up to 10 working days it will take. I was laughing by then. Another email today requesting update the review. What an audacity asking for something which you haven't done anything.I have improved the review to two Star because at least not total scam even though reluctant due to the fact I had to pay 100£ more to by from someone else before my son's birthday on 31st. Totally totally p*****. But thank you for nothing.

Order date 9th October 2020, Due to continuingly failing to provide any information to specific order NNXXYFDSP delivery update Which has over stretch usual 15 working day to almost 30 working days , I am therefore forced to cancel my order unless a specific tracking number is provided. Therefore I would like to receive refund within 18th December or tracking number. Failure to do so I will lunch police case and Bank to claw back payment. I hope you understand my patients has been pushed to the limit. I will leave a negative feedback on trustpilot so the future customers are not mislead. Hope to hear from you soon with update either money back or Xbox delivery date. However I am willing to give neutral review upon receiving either of the money or Xbox.

SCAM order number FEFPAGAJC emailed , phoned , and WhatsApp And still no reply from use I will be contacting the fraud team as use promised ps5 here before Christmas ordered early October use are a joke a fraud and I want my ps5 or money back I will have this fraud company shut down

Terrible company (if you can call them that). Ordered Xbox 19/11 with delivery due 07/12. Chased up last week as not received and told item shipped but they are late sending tracking. Order details on my account still show as payment accepted just as it did on the day I made the order. I’ve asked for either tracking details or a refund and now being ignored. Raised a case with my bank today as like many others, need my order or the money back before Christmas. Utterly shameful to treat people this way, so many disappointed children on Christmas Day all because of this company selling items they don’t have. Order KONGSYXGG

Ordered a ps5 from mistertechno took money straight from bank emailed them numerous times asking for delivery date no further forward tried ringing the number on website not connecting where is my child’s ps5 or the refund either one will do

No stars what so ever. Very poor service ordered a ps5 in November no feedback from this company. No phone calls being answered, no emails. Just a Big Scam. Please don't order from them.

I ordered the new xbox for my sons birthday. I placed the order on the 12th of October and was assured it would be delivered before the 29th November (my son's birthday). As you can probably guess this didn't happen. The frustration came when they couldn't tell me when I would receive the goods. They seem to send generic replies that don't answer any questions specifically asked. Anyway after lots of back and forth over email they finally cancelled my order and told me a refund would be issued within 14 days. 14 days would've been up this coming Thursday. Reading the reviews coming in on Trustpilot over the last few days I started to panic that I'd never see the refund so I sent a strongly worded email this morning to Mistertecno as well as reporting the purchase and lack of goods to my bank Barclays. I'm pleased to say that about an hour ago a full refund hit my bank account. Mistertecno are very frustrating to deal with but I've come to the conclusion that they probably just took on far more than they could handle hence the 3 stars....which this morning would definitely have been 0 stars if that was possible. Safe to say I won't be purchasing from them again but they have redeemed themselves slightly! I was beginning to think I'd never see my money again so to anyone else waiting on a refund I suggest getting in touch with your bank straight away so they can raise a case and contact the merchant on your behalf. I can only assume this is what triggered the refund I got today. Either that or my strongly worded email to them this morning did the trick.

Ordered Xbox series X on the 18th of November. Estimated delivery was for the 12th december. I've recieved zero communications to say if it has been dispatched or even if its in stock.
I will need a full refund immediately as from the reviews not one person has recieved a series x or ps5.
I've given you a chance and understand there are delays but do not sell stock that you havnt even recieved or know when you are getting any.
Refund immediately otherwise I will be going to the police, fraud team and a trip to Spain to come collect my cash in person.
I hope this gets resolved promptly.
