Customer support incompetence
I texted to customer support and asked them to modify my order, but because support completely ignored me for 2 days, they shipped the unmodified order. Absolute horrible attitude.

The padel racket arrived early
The padel racket arrived 4 days before expected. It was packed very well. Hack04 25 hyb was in excellent condition. I think my game improved with this new racket.
