Good product, slow shipping
I love the Mistik product, but ordering through the direct website took much longer than expected - almost 4 weeks to receive and no tracking number was provided. But happy to have the product as it's a great hair care option.

Hi Matt, happy you've well received the products and like them. There was a strike from our shipping company (Canada Post) which unsettled our operations and gotthings a bit out of our control. Now that the strike is over, we will have a more normal delivery time : 4-5 days for US orders.

Wonderful for my “no wash” days
I enjoy using this product to tame my hair on the days I don’t wash it. This is a very nice product and it smells great too.

Happy with no additional ingredients
The product doesn’t lather but it does clean and the hair is soft. Not using additive products in the shampoo is what is appealing to me. Will definitely keep using and ordering this product.

I ordered a full size bottle after loving the sample. Not same product. 0/10
I got the hair serum after getting a sample size in my Ipsy bag. I absolutely loved the way my hair felt and smelled so I got a full size bottle. The bottle I got does not smell the same. It almost smells rancid. The serum is also a completely different color and texture than the sample size. I am very disappointed.
