Ordered from here a few times now I'm sure atleast 3 times.
Always ordered Carhartt clothing mainly the long sleeved tops of 2 types and some various t-shirts.
The xxl tops always fit me good as I usually have trouble finding anything to fit me.

Unfortunately I find the t-shirts from Carhartt a bit short in length for me which is another problem I've always had with buying t-shirts in general.

The first couple of my orders were shipped from the EU to me in the UK. This time recently I was surprised to see it came delivered a lot quicker from inside the UK. It was actually delivered the very next day after ordering by DPD.

Showed an item as in stock. Ordered and paid for it.
Few days later advised that item is not in stock. Total and utter waste of my time. As a returning customer I expected more, plus missed out elsewhere as it took so long to advise me. To their credit a refund was made very quickly.
EDIT: given the exemplary speed of the follow up and reply (and no issues with my previous orders), I have amended my rating.

Ordered the clothing item on Sunday and received the item on Wednesday. Very happy and would use the online site again.

Purchased some Helly Hanson boots, the bottom of the boot split open within 4 months (excellent boots until this issue) i emailed MI supplies and spoke with Emma. Honestly never experienced customer service this good. Asked for photos along with ref number for purchase and was offered new boots or refund within days. Wish all companies worked like this. I will only use MI supplies going forward for all my work gear with this level of service. Thanks again Emma

I had a fantastic experience purchasing some work wear from MI supplies. I got in touch to visit the showroom and both Claire and Alex that I dealt with were very friendly and accommodating. Alex met me there and had a wide array of garments for me to try on whilst being very welcoming with a no hassle attitude and great advice. I will definitely buy from them again highly recommend.

When dealing with MI Supplies, I must be the most unlucky customer. They always rave about how rapidly they dispatch "in stock" items, yet I have never received an order within 3 weeks.
5 orders in the past, 4 of which took 3 weeks to arrive (all in stock items apparently), and the latest hasn't arrived at all.
With zero contact or updates, ever.

Best price I could find online or in store, and cheaper than ordering directly from Carhartt. They have measurements (specific to the item) on the website, which meant I could pick the right size (not always easy with Carhartt work wear). Easy transaction, delivered within a couple of days, which was quicker than expected, and the product is spot on. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Ordered boots from MI supplies, reasonably priced amd they covered VAT and taxes on orders under 150. Delivery to Ireland was under 10 pound 👍 I then got an email about an import charge from customs and DHL. To my surprise after paying this MI supplies stood by there word and gave me full reimbursement of the customs charge as my order was under £150. Great service and very easy to deal with. Will certainly be using them again in the future 👍

An absolutely first class service from all the people at MI Supplies who went out of their way to give size recommendations and advice. Purchased Double Knee Relaxed Fit Jeans and Double Knee Slim Fit Canvas Duck Pants from MI Supplies after getting a Personal e-mail from the Managing Director Out of Hours on Sizing Queries I had. Bought a pair of waterproof work boots from mi supplies. Boots are far from waterproof. Company is falsely selling "waterproof" work footwear. Contacted them via email but obviously led me along for a few weeks pretending to be dealing with my query of question the quality of their footwear until they finally dropped communication. Very poor after service would not buy from sire again.

Brilliant company. Fantastic range or products at great prices. Also Alex and the team provide superb customer service. The Carharrt range 8n particular is unbelievable, so much choice and quality. We would recommend that anyone wanting Carharrt start their journey with MI Supplies.

Needed a delivery brought forward so it was delivered before a time period and Claire dealt with my request promptly and kindly.
Top notch customer service and will definitely use again for any other purchases.

Bought the same item but in different sizes on 2 separate transactions as result having to pay for delivery and return charges as not qualifying under their T&C's for free delivery/ return. They refunded the delivery charges, gave me a link for free returns with Royal Mail and kept me in communication with what was happening throughout the process. Top company and will use again in the future.
