This company is a scam

This company is a scam. The advertising is misleading and there is no medical grade honey in this product. Marketing a product as “medical grade” when it does not meet that standard may constitute a misleading action under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. This makes it unlawful to present products in a way that deceives or is likely to deceive the average consumer. The customer service team is unhelpful and they just want to scam vulnerable people.

My child came out in a horrible flare because of this cream. Do not trust this product.

Soooo small for the price and scented

Soooo small for the price. 47CAD spent and that is the smallest 47 dollars container I’ve seen. I saw all the negative reviews after I have placed the order. Many mentioned a certain smell with the product and I can agree because it smells like a male perfumed indeed. So after receiving it, opened it and I’m not gonna apply it on my baby eczema to make it worse with that strong fragrance coming from the lotion and it’s so thin which for eczema and dry skin, you need something thicker like a ointment not lotion. I just have to accept that I’ve been scammed. The return process is complicated. They telling me fees can apply for returns. They sent me 2. Since one is opened I’m gonna try and return the other one if they will accept smh. Save your coins parents.

This has to be one of the worst product…

This has to be one of the worst product I have spent my money on, it took over 3 weeks to get delivered, when it came, it arrived in less than a 15ml cup, I tried it on my son and there was no improvement on his skin rashes. No one deserve to be treated the way this company runs her operations. This operates like a scam.

Feels like i've been scammed

First of all, I would like to ask how google is stating that this product has 4.5/5 stars when it clearly states 2.5 above. This has been the worst experience ever. I ordered the Eczema, honey about twenty days ago and I reached out several times because the tracking information was very unclear. I was given some vague statement about them reaching out to the courier with a promise to follow up with more information. I later reached out to request a refund since I wasn't getting any feedback. And I was told that a refund was not possible since the item had already been shipped. I later returned home to find that the product or a product had been delivered. Even from the outside of the packaging, it's smelled heavily of perfume, which was the first red flag. And looking at the packaging, it did not even have the company name on it as pictured on the website. It just said ultra soothing honey. Upon opening the container, I found a watery , perfume smelling substances. I went back to the website to see what the refund policy was.And it stated that once the item is open, a refund could not be possible. But it also says on the site that there is a sixty day money back guarantee. So how does that work? According to my confirmation email, I paid through the shop app so I went on to the shop app in order to report this incident and there is no record of this purchase on there. But the purchase did come from my bank account. I don't know what else to do, but I am very displeased. And I really believe this is a scam

Wouldn’t recommend

Either these comments are all bots but I do not recommend. It’s fragranced. Used it on my son and all it did was break him out and flare his eczema. Medical
Grade honey does not smell like that. And neither does oatmeal. So unfair I’ve spent money and invested on this with fake reviews and clearly wrong ingredients. There’s 100% fragrance in there. This isn’t medical grade honey.

I just got my order and its so…

I just got my order and its so terrible, its so small for such a price , the consistency of the cream is runny and the name of the company is not displayed on the packaging or the sticker on the cream itself. It even took forever to be delivered. It's so horrible.

Buyers beware/ Scam ,Scam, Scam.

Buyers beware! This is not a real company. I am still to receive an order I placed. No customer service number, fake tracking number through the app shop.
Update!!
So I received a product different from the one I ordered called "Ultra soothing cream". It was packed with perfume and super small. The customer service rep from Mitrophics tried convincing me that it was thesame product. I felt like she was gaslighting me and I told her I was going to report the page to the BBB. Its so sad that people are taking advantage of desperate parents who are trying to help their kids.
