Very poor aftersales, not helped by their leaving the EU 3+ years ago. A return is rumoured for summer 2026 but I will not be returning to them, as I have seen them fob me off re a warranty claim.

Terrible customer service from…

Terrible customer service from Mutsubishi UK.
My ASX is called in for a second Safety Critical recall, the dealer wants me to pay £12 a day for a curtousy car. MITSUBISHI say it is the dealers fault, sorry but if the car had been designed and fitted with components that were fit for purpose then I Would not be needing to pay for forty miles worth of diesel to get it to the dealer or waste my time in the process. Very poor, let's hope the hand brake does not fail whilst I am trying to get the matter resolved.

Mitsubishi mirage juro

Have had my mirage juro for just under 3 years now and up to 35500k. So far im quite happy with the car and servicing . Bought and serviced at bachelors suzuki/ mitsubishi in ripon. Have had my 3 annual services i paid in advance for. So far nothing to complain of. Ive read some unhappy reviews of the larger mitsubishis and i put that down to the fact that there is some french dna in the outlander etc ie parts/ electronics. The mirage juro is built in thailand so no froggy things to go wrong. The car has every creature comfort you would need. Climate control, cruise control, dab radio, leather seats, heated seats, hid xenon headlights, rear led brake/tail lights, parking censors, electric self folding mirrors ,hillstart assistance but thats for wussies. I do drive like i have the queen mum in the back, and most minimum journeys are 40 mile round trips so i get 59-61 mpg locally and 64-66 mpg on a run. The car as of 23/8/19 is still road tax exempt and is a pleasure to drive. Quiet and refined on the motorway and always plenty of poke if needed. Tyres are yokohama and doing reasonably well even the front. Costs £35 to fill from empty although when using tesco or sainsburys fuel i always put unleaded super in. Bp,esso, texaco, gulf standard is fine though. Only niggle is the boot. Would have been nice to have had 300l instead of the 175l. I know you can flip rear seats down .i would certainly buy another mirage i just wish boot was bigger or maybe an estate version. 3 pot engine doesnt sound like a trad 3 pot but maybe because its 1200 cc thats why ?

Mitsubishi servicing.

I bought a 2018 Pajero sport when I lived overseas I then imported it to the U.K, I called Cambridge Mitsubishi to book a service and was told a number of days later that they are unable to service the vehicle because they don’t have the parts for the 2.5 D 4x4. I then took my complaint to customer service who said they would try source the parts, never got a return call. Says a lot about the company who manufacture vehicles and can’t service them because they don’t have the parts or the know how.

Had my outlander a little over a year…

Had my outlander a little over a year and I love it. It’s not exactly perfect, had 4 or 5 recalls on it in that time but I’ve had great service from both the Swindon branch and Rogders of Plymouth. The latter is particularly great and should get 5 stars all of their own, they repaired the car quickly and even gave me a free mini valet. I am delighted.

Didn't care.

My husband and myself went into Wolverton Mitsubishi, in Milton Keynes to look at the outlander vehicle 🚗, I am disabled and unable to walk 🚶, so was in my wheelchair, however as we went in, several members of staff were sitting around the desks, not appearing to be doing anything other than chatting, and another member of staff was talking to a couple ,but was aware we where waiting for some advice, but rather than just acknowledging us, even when he'd finished dealing with them, he walked away, my husband than had to chase after him, as we felt that he and the others obviously thought 💭 we weren't able to obtain such a vehicle 🚗, so were not going to waste their time dealing with us. However after my husband asked him over, when we asked about the outlander in an Petrol ⛽ Engine, he replied that they don't have any and are not expecting to get any in, but I was a bit put out, that he then didn't try to offer anything else we might like to try, so we had to leave, but I then asked Him, if he could take our details so he could let us know when he'll get one in to test drive as my husband was very keen. I was quite annoyed 😤at this, how is this Customer Service?. And if to prove my theory right, we went back a month later, to try a Phev, but again No-body asked if they could help us, even though at least 3 members of staff weren't dealing with other customers, or on the phone 📱, because of this they lost our custom. I am not being treated like a second class citizen, in the end were getting a Mazda 6 estate, due in a couple of weeks, as it was a little late coming from the factory 🏭. However Mazda couldn't do enough for us, a complete 360 on our experience at Mitsubishi. Mitsubishi 0 - Madza 1

Poor customer service

I booked my outlander phev into your Linwood branch for the ECU relay recall. I have traveled for 8 hours to get here to be told that the part is not in stock. And the staff had the wrong contact details for me as well. The staff where unhelpful and never offered apologies and a explanation why they booked me in and Kew I was traveling from a remote part of Scotland to get this work done. It has cost me over £200 in ferry's and petrol to bring the car down. 2nd Time they have let me down.
AVOID!

Poor Service received

Terrible customer service received from Hull Mitsubishi when I called with a query after having a Service, MOT and Safety recall work done.
I spoke to the branch manager who treat me with a lack of dignity and respect in the way he spoke to me. I didn't want to be speaking to him and if they had done what they were supposed to have done I wouldn't have had to

Poor service for an expensive new car

In March 2016 I purchased a Mitsubishi Overlander PHEV 4hsx from Grenson Motor Company Ltd., Crewe and for a few weeks it worked perfectly. It then developed an intermittent fault concerning the stability, cruise and braking control that got worse over a few weeks then finally after 2,000 miles, three visits to Grensons, the fault was constant and I was advised by Grensons not to drive it. It went in on 5th October. Nothing happened for over 3 weeks until I contacted the finance company who sorted it in 3 days. No official explanation for the long delay from Mitsubishi or Grensons the dealer - disappointing and unprofessional.
