HORIBLE. I placed an order 8 day ago. they took the money out of my account. DID NOT ship any parts at all.. I call the phone number. cant leave a message. do a location search, call the number linked to the address for the company, which is a mitsubishi dealer. when I told them why I was calling they transfer me to another department that will not ancer the phone.
I ordered a part for my car that said it would fit my specific vehicle but the part is not for my model car. I have emailed the company 3 times over the past month to return the unused part but cannot get a response. I have emailed their support email address with no response and when I try to call their number it says mailbox is full. Now I am stuck with a part I cannot use and cannot get a refund. A total waste of time and money, I will never order from this site again.
