Worst experience ever had!!

Few months ago they called me with a very good offer, that said that I can have their phone service for a very good price and the first 3 months without payment. After about 4 months i cancelled my subscription with them (i have payed my one month subscription with them), and then everything started. They still sent me bills over the past 3-4 months, even though I have already cancelled my subscription and haven't used their service. After I called them again, they told me that I haven't unsubscribe ,and that I have agreed with a subscription for at least 6 months. ????!!!! When I asked for evidence for when I have agreed with them, they jumped to Sergel. A company that recovers money from the bills you didn't pay. After long talks on the phone and emails with their crappy customer service, I decided to finally pay the bill, to get over all this bull$#&@. Of course the story didn't end yet.. 5 days after I payed the bill they sent me another one, that said I have to pay an extra amount of money ... For what??? God knows...

Anyways.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

My experience with Mit Tele was terrible.
When they sold me the package and asked me about my needs, I specify i mainly use the phone to call abroad. So they "advice" me a package with a fixed paid amount per month. The surprise was that on the bill they addedd a separate and super expensive amount for the abroad-calls (around 30Euros for ca. 1 hour of call from Denmark to Italy).

My advice is to stay away from them

The broadband internet is super super slow. I cant even watch a youtube video without buffering and waiting like 1 minute for it to load. I can't wait for my contract to terminate.
