Make sure you order the right item because if you don't it's going to be complicated to return or change!

I ordered 4 items and I asked to change 2 of them for 2 other items. That was more than a month ago! Still haven't gotten my delivery, customer service is so confused and does not do the job as they should.
They ask me to pay a price difference even though there is no price difference to be paid. They are calculating it wrong and have withheld my order because they want me to pay extra. Why isn't there somebody who actually knows basic math, working at customer service?

The necklace was fantastic!

I found the font i was looking for and excited to receive it as soon as possible.

This company is a fraud. Someone had stolen my credit card and bought themself a necklace. I contacted the company almost immediately and the response I received was comical “ Our gold is really good quality you will like your necklace “. Mind you, I just said I didn’t authorize this purchase.... finally they sort of understand my issue and then proceed to say “after the item arrives please return it for a refund “ That would be no problem except for this is fraud and I don’t live in the country the item is being delivered. Suffice to say I’ve filed a chargeback and won’t be dealing with these people anymore. But wow what a headache they have been.

Very Good service. Ordered a beautiful ring that was to small. Sended it back and they fixed it and it didn't cost anything extra. Very helpful and nice service.
