I ordered two items and they send a UPS tracking number, but they never give the items to ups. I called my credit card company and they credited my account unless the product arrives. Don't BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

If I could give them minus stars it would be minus 5 stars for this company as they are as crooked as it gets. Mixcun Is one of many names this company goes buy. I was lucky I got my money back by calling PayPal direct and filling a dispute with them. They refunded my card in the end. Mixcun even gave me a phoney shipping confirmation number. That was only tied into there web sight. So they could provide fake updates on progress of the package delivery. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY then use delaying tactics so you run out of time to make a claim against them. Now I know that PayPal can be a bit frustrating to deal with, to actually get a personal on the phone, but I did it, so it can be done. If you don’t have a PayPal account, that doesn’t matter just call #1-877-569-1116 if you are in Canada and you ask to speak to an account assistant regarding a purchase issue. They will help you resolve your problem. They are very good at contracting and resolving issues. I got my money refunded. It isn’t an instant fix, but it does work. It will take about 10 business days. They will email you with a update. Contact them after you get that email update. Ask them to check the status of that report, ask them to check the shipping number status. When they see there are no updates on the shipping info, they will refund your money, the refund takes about 5 days to show up on your account. That’s it. I hope this was helpful to all who got scammed by MIXCUN and all of its other companies.

They say they shipped my order twice, never received it

With all respect to the customers with A bad experience….I only can say “it’s your own misjudgement.”. In the website details you don’t see any adres or phone number for reclamations. Only an e-mailadres, and I’m sure they never will answer you.

You could know it’s a fake site that’s rip your money only.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! they took my money and did not supply me with my product, and did not give me a refund, and ignored all my emails. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Received my order after a few months and the LED cabinet light housing didn't fit my hinges so I emailed them to do a return and they said that I have to return them to China $$$ but they were mailed from Jamaica NY and the costs was only $3.90 to me. Since it would have been so expensive and a long time shipping to China I decided to give them to some one that might be able to use them. The costs was $30.99 + 3.90 ship for 12 pcs of the hinged sensor light for my cabinets. Would not order frim this co. again.

This company is the worse company to into business with. I ordered a product from them and I was charged. But never received the merchandise. I Have wrote more than 6 emails and all the replies that I got from them is the same one with different dates..

Beware they will scam you...

I just wish to God that I would have read reviews about this crappy company before I even thought about ordering something. And what I can't understand is why Pinterest still keeps them. They should remove them from being able to advertise at all. I highly suggest to anyone and everyone not to order from this damn company!

Product never arrived. They aren't replying to email in any meaningful way.

PayPal and Mixcun share the blame on this one. Months have gone by and no refund. Thankfully it is a very small amount of money but PayPal is complicit in the fraud by not shutting them down. Mixcun is also known as Newchu who does “business” under several names.

Bottom line is that you pay and wait. Seller ignores messages. File claim with PayPal, seller lies about shipping and buys time in an effort to run out the clock.

If you want clothing in your nominated size- Dont use them
If you want Customer Service- dont use them.
I purchased a pair of shoes from them size 10. What arrived was no more than size 7. I emailed them asking for this to be rectified.This is what they sent me. remember, this is their mistake not mine
