Not a trustworthy company

I was worried seeing the reviews AFTER I ordered. I expressed concern and they asked me to try them and judge for myself. I actually had great service, bra is very pretty and comfortable.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Produce very cheap scam not as listed and 3 times bigger than my head for cap. Company says located in calif and they only want to refund 10% and me ship to Vietnam and pay shipping. Customer service is pretty much none. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Truly the worst bra I have ever seen. Band was 10 inches shorter than ordered. Cups way too big, shoulders too loose, and the fabric was incredibly thin. Best part, though, was their “return policy,” They will give you 1/2 of your purchase price and a 40% coupon for a bunch of old, closeout merchandise, probably of the same inferior quality. Basically, you will pay 50% for absolutely nothing useable. Bummer.

I ordered the boots and bag coach set. Only received the cheap looking boots. Thumbs down for this business 😞

I ordered matching coach sets one was a hoodie set with matching croc shoe delivery was very long first of all and when my order was delivered the shoes (crocs) are missing order number 68685 it is very difficult to get a hold of customer service!! I'm upset!!

I’m waiting for my coach vest that I have not received it was ordered in 12 17 2024 I read some reviews and it says that this company is a scam you can’t track your package when can expect to receive it

Orderd my wife a dress and it was never delivered. They emailed me a tracking number that doesn't work. Total scam.

I ordered 3 items, dress, sweater and pants set. It was never delivered. They told me that I should contact their international delivery svc who sent me a pic of a front door, not mine, where they delivered. I sent them pics of the condo complex entry gate, front desk and my front door. All entries and packages are logged in and they cannot reach my front door unless I verbally approve. This company is not responding so PLEASE DONT ORDER IF YOU LIVE IN THE USA!!! they leave you to debate with the shipping company who cannot refund your money or replace your package. The courtesy of a response is not even granted!,,,

My mother found shirts she liked on their website and wanted to order them. As she has no credit card, I ended up ordering for her.

First of all, the goods took forever to be delivered. They sent me a mail asking if I wanted the "upgraded" version, which my mother declined (she wanted the shirts she ordered and nothing else). We ended up receiving frankly ugly shirts, in my mother's words: "I wouldn't wear those at a Carnival". The shirts we received do not match the images of the shirts we purchased, even the color are different. They're also seemingly "Men's shirts" despite my mother obviously ordering Women's shirts..

After contacting their support and asking for a refund, they offered a 20% refund without having to return the goods. I refused, because frankly that's a scam as we have no use for the "goods" we received. Their very next replay was "well if you want a full refund you'll have to send the goods back at your own expense". Except it's a Chinese website and paying for transport back to China from Switzerland would be as expensive (if not more) as what we paid for those shirts.

I had already had bad experiences ordering goods I didn't know came from China, I didn't do enough research on them before purchasing, so I didn't know it was a Chinese website. I made a mistake not researching them further before ordering, but those are still scummy business practices.

Considering the cost, this dress was exquisite already.

I ordered my wife a dress she wanted for her birthday. When it arrived a loose button fell off, the style was different from the picture, and the sleeves were approximately five inches too short. After contacting customer service several times, they want me to ship the dress back to China and pay for the shipping myself. The wrong style dress that’s defective AND mixichic.com wants me to pay more money to send it back to them. This site is another scam.

Presented my fiance with shirts and he loved them instantly. he couldn’t wait for a day for us to wear them in public.

It was beautiful! Exactly what I ordered- it almost me cry seeing it so I imagine my daughter will too when she gets it for Christmas.

I didn't receive all the items and tried to exchange 2 items to another side. The size table on their website is not correct. I got into a very long discussion with cusomer service. They didn't want to tell me how to exchange the items. They didn't want to refund the item i didn't receive. They keep asking about the items and photos i already send 3 times. It started polite. Now they are rude. Im gonna file an official complain. Don't buy here!
