I have put a claim in via PayPal and I have emails from Vince asking me to close the dispute and they will refund me.(Contacting me outside of PayPal) Paypal have put a hold on the money. They don't have it. BUYER BEWARE. As other reviews saying it's a scam it is. If the item is is not as described then open a PayPal dispute, and don't have any contact with them outside of PayPal resolution centre, KEEP COPIES OF ALL EMAILS FROM VINCE.

UPDATE ON THIS SHADY COMPANY! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! So many FAKE reviews!!! It’s going on 4 months of no return trying to deal with this “one man” scam company out of Pakistan! I filed a complaint with Wells Fargo; EBAYprovided me with the internet FBI company which I filled a Case as well! Wells Fargo after reviewing all the emails between this fraud company & myself-made a final credit of $98.00 to me & they will go after this one man company! If any of you are waiting for a refund-there is no finance department to do so! This company received the item back & keeps your money-it’s a win win for them! The PayPal there using has been confirmed by the real PayPal that it’s fake! There have written me back for over 3 months full of excuses on where my refund is-long story short-it’s in their pocket…. For now!! Karma is big any Pakistan person knows all about Karma-shame on @ Vince ( made up American name) strong accent!!!!

My jacket was garbage & stunk of curry, bag fell apart when I opened it! There banking on people to send it back so they double end the deal! Vince-Karma is SWEET!

I bought the "Yellowstone - John Dutton" jacket and the service was good, until I received the jacket and it was just a terrible colour and not what it should be or how it was advertised. I therefore, made arrangements to return the jacket, at my own cost, with the promise of a refund. I have emailed Movie Jackets customer service every week asking for updates and each time they are "sorry for the inconvenience, the finance department are processing the refund and I will receive the refund shortly - please be patient". It is now 75 days since the jacket was accepted as returned to the returns address...... and still no refund has been paid. Is it incompetence, or is that MJ do not intend to pay me for what was a legitimate product return. The customer service seem to be unable to solve my problem, which is not difficult. I am extremely angry and frustrated that any company can operate like this in 2022.

While the jacket production and delivery was longer than stated on the original order, I was satisfied with the quality for the value. It did run a little tight in the shoulders. I wear a 46 long jacket and xl in some jackets. But I ordered a xxl and glad I did.

An interesting shopping experience!
To be honest, having purchased a suit before having read Trustpilot, I thought I had thrown my money away. OK, it took just under 2 months to arrive, but that was probably due to custom fitting I asked for, and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. OK, the trousers do not fit, but to get a tailor-made jacket and waist-coat for just over 100USD, seems like a good deal. It would cost about 500USD to do the same through my tailor. I am not sure what the belly-aching about it being a scam company. People use the word scam too much nowadays. it is quite normal for tailors to be getting seamstresses in places like Pakistan, which is where my suit was Fedex'ed from. Whether their US address is genuine or not, at least they delivered.

Do not buy from this company. Despite chasing an update on my order for weeks I am yet to receive a response. I do not think my order will ever arrive. This site should be taken down immediately. A waste of time and money.

Company contact is in Brooklyn, NY and lists that you can return items in 30 days. What they don’t say is that you have to return the item to Pakistan, which costs 3 times more than $200.
Company has said they would refund me for 50% of the order total, but that was exactly 5 weeks ago. They write a few times that I just had to wait a few more days. What a scam.

I ordered a jacket for my daughter for Christmas. It's been a month and it still hasn't arrived and I haven't even received a shipping number. I've emailed the company and they haven't responded. I would not order from them again.

I bought a jacket from them a few days ago and received it quickly in the mail however the jacket was not what was described and it smelled god awful! It smells like an old musty dirty dishrag! I did research before buying the jacket to make sure that I could possibly return it if it wasn’t correct and according to their website you can do a full refund however apparently that’s not the case they’re telling me now! They are trying to give me a 20% refund and want me to keep the jacket. I don’t want to keep the jacket, I want my money back the jacket was not cheap! What a scam!

This is a scam company. I purchased a jacket Dec 30, 2020. Never received a product or a refund. "Customer service" is one guy making excuses for months.

Dont biu. I spent 108 euros to get a jackets for halloween i prder 20 days before...they sent it 5 days before because i sent tjem message..i received 3 days too late... they said they will refund...and finally no news anymore...

This company is a total rip off. I ordered a couple of Ted Lasso Jackets and they were total garbage. I contacted the company to return them and they gave me a fake address. I went to a couple of couriers who told me the address doesn’t exist. I contacted the company and they completely ghosted me.

If I could give less than one star I would. The sweater cost close to $100, but was very cheap looking. The sweater I received looked NOTHING like the one in the picture on the website. The sweater also had a HORRIBLE chemical smell. I contacted the company immediately requesting a refund. After many back and forth emails, where I was told I would need to ship the item back to Pakistan and pay for shipping, the best they said they could do was refund 50% of the cost and let me keep the sweater. I accepted this and the sweater went straight outside into the garbage. So, I am out $50 and nothing to show for it. Let the buyer beware!

This is a scam website and I am in the process of launching several cases against them.

I foolishly believed the "verified purchase" reviews on their website (these are fake, I have a submitted my own truthful review with the expectation that they will not approve it, further evidence in my case against them). The jacket they sent me was not only weeks late in delivery (I had to chase them via email as to why it was so late) but so drastically different to what was advertised it's laughable.

In order to receive my refund, the seller is telling me I have to pay for recorded delivery back to Pakistan (apparently a US-based company which is where the original coat was supposed to come from). They say ONLY WHEN the jacket is received will they process the refund, which will then take well over a month to complete. I have no faith that returning the jacket won’t result in them complaining that the “jacket was never received in order to keep the money (since this is clearly a scam operation). They have also offered me a “40% discount” to keep the jacket, which is just another way of making me pay 60% for a jacket that isn’t anything like what I ordered. I have told them a full refund is non- negotiable and that I am happy to return their product but they have to pay for shipping themselves.

This whole website is clearly a scam and they frequently (according to their Trustpilot) send bad quality products and then try and get people to keep them at a discounted cost. Their returns policy stating that a customer pays for the return would only apply to me if they sent me what I ordered in the first place, which they did not. Thus, I will not be out of pocket paying to return the wrong item to this company because they threaten to withhold my rightfully owed refund if not.

I am pursuing several avenues of consumer support, and then legal advice. I will update here with progress made.

SCAM!!!!! Beware. Inferior products! Horrible customer service! I ordered a jacket from their online website. (Should have known better!) The quality of the jacket I received was awful. It was made with thin, cheap material and the sizing was not comparable to US sizing. The shipping address was intentionally posted as Brooklyn, NY, but the product comes from Pakistan and they will only offer a Pakistan address for returning their cheap product. This company does not offer a phone number or any opportunity to talk with their customers. Their sole aim is to SCAM YOU (and me). Please don’t be a victim. THIS IS NOT AN AMERICAN COMPANY!!!!!!!

I ordered the 14th of December, and never received my jacket.
The "support" line (yes it's not all support behind this email) always answer the same thing : "We are looking forward to your cooperation..."
And since January, they ask me "It is to inform you that we are unable to deliver your order because the shipping address and contact details you have provided are invalid" again and again..
I replied much times with my address, but always same answer.... "invalid address shipping ".
This is a SCAM, don't buy nothing at all
So be careful, before buy in a new web site, you must verify and look after reviews like Trustpilot or else....

I ordered a jacket on December 30th, still haven't received the jacket. I email and keep getting a generic message saying "we look forward to your cooperation". I have asked for a refund, no response. I guess i threw away $140. Beware of this company, if you can call it that.

I ordered a coat on 11 December. I paid for express shipping to receive before Christmas. They charged my PayPal account immediately. The order never shipped. They promised to refund the express shipping charge and ship in two days. That didn't happen. Then they promised to ship in five days. That didn't happen. After one month of waiting for my order to ship, I gave them an ultimatum: give me a refund or ship my order that day. The following day I got an email thanking me for my patience and saying they would ship my order soon. I filed a complaint with PayPal and got them to refund my money.
