Hi Jack, we strongly disagree with your comments. Our team is fully trained and experienced, and we take pride in delivering a reliable, professional service to our customers. If you had specific concerns, the appropriate step would have been to raise them with us directly so we could address them, rather than posting vague and damaging remarks online.
I discovered sewage rising through a small drain in my back garden. The first drainage company I phoned threw me into panic by making it sound catastrophic. I decided to shop around and called Mark on the basis of his testimonials. At once I was put at ease and reassured this was by no means unheard of. Mark came on the day he arranged. He was held up at another job but I was kept informed. Because my property is old it was hard to locate the correct manhole cover. Mark had to liase with neighbours and he was positive and cheerful the whole time, actually seeming to enjoy the challenge. After a couple of hours of detective work and ingenius use of his camera equipment the manhole was located underneath my garden path. It had been bricked over some time ago because it was just a gigantic slab of concrete.. nothing like a conventional manhole cover. Mark honoured the price he gave me over the phone although it had been a far longer job than expected. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
