On Monday 8th June, my engineer Jason Young arrived to install my broadband… my landlord had asked me to ensure the engineer was carrying a certain piece of equipment, so trying to get through to OpenReach I accidentally got scammed…
By the time Jason arrived, I was frustrated and upset…Jason was beyond wonderful, he was so patient and kind while I rambled on about this piece of equipment that turned out to be unnecessary…. He smiled broadly and assured me everything was going to be okay…
He listened patiently as my landlord talked at him for 10 minutes…. Jason throughout his time at my house was exceptional… I cannot speak highly enough of his kindness and professionalism… I wasn’t rude when he arrived but I was upset… I wanted to hug him when he left… what an impressive young man, a real ambassador for MJ Quinn

Came out to install the WiFi today, was super easy and Jayden was lovely and super polite!

Visited today by engineer Tasleem to install BT Full Fibre Broadband to our home. There were problems not of his own making due to partial blockage of underground cable ducts but Tas was persistent and stayed more than twice as long as his allotted time to complete the job professionally. Very satisfied with his work

Very curtious and let me know everything he was doing. Left everything clean and tidy. Contacted me night before to see if he could come in morning instead of afternoon, however, turned up 3 hrs late, at original appt time. Did make contact by txt in morning to say running late, but was already an hour late by this time. Then rang two hours later to say he was 10 minutes away.
On whole very pleasant chap and apologetic about being late.

Had a full fibre upgrade. I had a lot of questions re the installation for inside and out. Anoop Johal was happy to answer and was knowledgeable and professional. I was grateful for his expertise. A tidy, diligent worker who ensured the installation was as we agreed. He was also pleasant and courteous. Our broadband is working well and fast.

Haroon persevered against lots of logistical issues to get us up & running. He accepted his limitations, asked for advice from seniors & completed the task with courtesy & lots of apologies.
He considered our time needs & did his utmost to accommodate the time restrictions we placed on him due to our appointment requirements

Engineer arrived on time and was very polite. Work explained and completed within the minimum of fuss. Everything left neat and tidy. Very impressed.

The AM engineer arrived to install our fiber. He walked through our property in muddy, wet boots, leaving marks on our antique rug.
He dug a large hole in our garden and left it open; he then stated that he would not connect the cables from our side as there was a 'plant or root or concrete or something' where the cable on our side is, but instead obtained our neighbors' permission to use their cabling pipe and shroud without consulting us first.
He also cut several cables and left them hanging loosely, and did not clean up after himself indoors either.

When the PM engineer arrived to complete the installation he was courteous and wore protective coverings over his boots while working indoors. At our request, he also tidied up some of the mess left by the initial 'artist'. Upon our inspection, it appeared that the 'plant or root or concrete' was, in fact, the actual pipe end through which he could have routed the cable!
Regarding the pipe, when it was installed by the Openreach engineer a few years ago, a small plastic end was added to prevent debris from entering. All that would be required is to dig slightly deeper to remove it or cut it shorter allowing more space from the building, and then feed the new cabling.
Why am I having to do all the thinking here where he was paid to do the job I know not.
Asked them for it all to be redone, installed on our side properly, professionally and all cleaned up.
As a member of a nationwide construction business myself, I would find inconceivable that our engineers would conduct themselves in such an unprofessional manner.
From my personal experience I would advise people to avoid them !
