The broadband engineer Mo Qayed who carried out my fibre installation was fantastic. He explained all the options for routing the cable and kept us abreast of the progress. I highly recommend Mo, he was brilliant :)

Mo Qayed did an excellent job - a tricky installation that involved over 100 metres of cable, 3 visits to site on the same day and a cherry picker.

Engineer requested via sky after fibre broadband failure after 4 days . Engineer arrived following day and promptly discovered issue within the road affecting a number of houses , issue escalated and team worked throughout the day to resolve . Andrew Cartledge was the engineer who kept me updated all day and returned in person later in the evening to update and check repair was working , excellent service

Amazing cabling and installation, clean, no mess. However the guy mocked my brain injury and made a show of having a problem with me having a nice gaming pc and tv donated by my stepfather after my injury. And you send this guy into peoples houses.

Absolutely outstanding service from my fibre broadband installer. Arrived on time, was incredibly professional, polite, and explained everything clearly throughout the installation. The work was done neatly and efficiently, and they made sure everything was fully set up and running perfectly before leaving.

The internet speed and connection have been excellent since installation. It’s rare to come across someone so friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to doing a great job. Highly recommend to anyone getting fibre broadband installed — truly 5-star service from start to finish!

Aqib Khan was my engineer today and was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and polite, went through what he was going do and connected everything very quickly. Stayed behind to make sure I was connected and cleaned up after himself too. 5 stars ⭐ all round.

High speed fibre broadband installed in Bwlchgwyn today. The engineer was polite, helpful and efficient in doing a speedy job. First class!

Engineer turned up as planned, polite and friendly, my electrician had already installed the conduit for the fibre to use, which the engineer appreciated.
However, once completed, the engineer simply stated all was working and left. I wasn’t given the opportunity to check so assumed all was ok.
Unfortunately although the broadband was working fine, I was unable to receive voice calls.
After speaking to my ISP (BT) they resolved the issue within 24hours.
I was somewhat disappointed that on the external joint connection, the engineer had left all the off-cuts of fibre/sheathing on the floor, along with his drill bits !
Being a contractor to BT, I feel the MJ Quinn engineers are so pushed to complete many jobs per day, quality takes 2nd place.

Mohammed Haroon was my engineer today who visited to update my WiFi. He was very professional, working around obstacles that could have resulted in a delay to the job being finished today. He worked cleanly and tidied up after himself. But more than anything, he was polite, kind and funny. Would one hundred percent recommend.
