I have mixed feelings after dealing with Mjuk. On one hand, I really like the concept and the products available. But then on the other hand, both the products I ordered had some issue with them, and even though the issues were resolved, they could have easily been avoided if Mjuk had provided accurate information from the get-go. Also, when selling a table through Mjuk, it was damaged when they picked it up from the apartment and I haven't heard anything since. And the warehouse seemed messy and the personnel didn't know where my things were, so we had to go looking for them together. All in all, I feel as if Mjuk has some improvements to make, but that the company is on the right path.

Mjuk is the best way to sell your old furniture but also a nice place to find something ”new” to eg your appartment.

Bought a nice pair of Italian designer chairs. Overall good quality for used furniture. 4/5 for a bit slow (over than week) delivery.

The sofa I ordered was in excellent condition. I chose home delivery which was very convinient. I got it delivered very fast on the prefered date.

Bought plenty Boknäs-modules for my family home not long ago. I paid around 1000€ for them (worth 3000€) - I saved more than 2000€ buying from Mjuk and ONLY upon close inspection I can see that they have been preloved in another finnish home before. Great furniture kept in great condition sold at great prices given fantastic service, seriously what more can you ask? 💯/💯

I haven't found a better place for exploring good quality used furniture. The process of buying is also so smooth. I almost don't want to recommend it to anyone because I want all the good pieces for myself :D
