Scamming cleaners
Scamming cleaners. She sent a cleaner to do WIPE DOWN cleaning for £90 with her own cleaning products, knowing the cleaner can’t bring a mop and hoover. Job was advertised as wipe down of everything plus oven cleaning, nothing is dirty. The cleaner came to filthy place which was meant to be cleaned to END OF TENANCY cleaning. Everything was covered in grease, dust, hair, faeces and soap scum. When informed by the cleaner she said it was new client so it’s okay and that the cleaner did great. After she obviously received complaints she asked the cleaner to come back and do it. The cleaner doesn’t do end of tenancy so she refused. The owner is disrespectful and refuse to pay the cleaner at least her expenses for journey, cleaning products and hourly rate. I won’t recommend cleaners to do one off job for this cleaner/company. It was waste of money and time.
