Thank you for the speedy delivery, it's a lovely product, unfortunately the bar that joins the bars together located above the head rest area is missing.

I purchased a chair and stool via eBay. Unfortunately one of the legs on the chair snapped within a short space of time. I emailed them and received a very courteous reply and a complete set of replacement legs was sent to me within 2 days. I cannot fault this company and will definitely use them again.

I brought a pop up Gazebo from MK Warehousing, via their ebay outlet. Very good price, and next day delivery. Had to rearrange delivery address as would have been delivered to work address on a weekend. They happily changed details with the courier company and I had a saturday delivery at no extra cost. Very good customer service. Will use again for other products.
