We bought 6 dinning room chairs from MK warehousing, the quality of the chairs for the price we paid is fantastic, there was a slight issue with the screws, but MK warehousing were very prompt with replying and sorting it out, based on my dealing with this company so far I would place them amongst one of the best companies out there for customer service.

I ordered a Charles Jacob mini oven from Amazon, it arrived next day by their parcel delivery company. Unfortunately when it was unpacked the door glass was broken in transit.
One phone call to MK Trading and a new one was sent out immediately, no quibbles whatsoever, and arrived the next day.
The mini oven works just fine.

Ordered a parasol. Came quicker than expected on originally placing the order, which was helpful. Item exactly as described on website. Would have no hesitation in buying from them again.

Ordered A Charles Jacobs BBQ with Smoker Grill Charcoal Patio Barrel Barbecue on Wheels. The ordered arrived on time and even though I wasn't at home. I received an email and calling card that it was left at my neighbours. Will definitely buy from this company again.

I ordered a high gloss black table on a Friday. It arrived quickly as stated on the following Monday. On assembling the table I found a minor problem and notified the company by email. The issue was dealt with promptly and effificiently within 2 days. The service I received was exemplary and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The zero gravity chair ordered was delivered promptly and in good condition. I was kept well informed of delivery dates and times and was able to arrange the chair to be left with a neighbour on the day of delivery. The chair was very good value and better quality than I expected for the price. Will definitely use again.
