They refused to hand over the car because they suddenly required a passport. As a European citizen, I do not carry my passport when traveling to North Macedonia, so I was left without a car.
I had organized everything more than a week in advance, yet the passport requirement was only mentioned the day before pickup, when I specifically asked about the collection process.
Absolutely fantastic company to use, hassle free from start to finish we came to Dubai for a week as a family of 4 and needed a 4x4 so we used this company and we hired a G63 in green wow what a car a real head turner we absolutely loved it. The kids had the best time getting chauffeured around from theme park to theme park in luxury rather than your normal rental car or taxi. The people who we dealt with was so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. it was all a smooth transaction and we would highly recommend them to anyone and we will most definitely be using them the next time we are here thanks again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
