Absolutely outstanding service from…

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish.

I contacted them at very short notice to ask if they could collect some important documents from Solihull and deliver them directly to Cardiff. They responded immediately, collected the parcel within 20 minutes and drove it straight to Cardiff, delivering it on time.

I was kept updated throughout the entire journey and received proof of delivery as soon as the documents arrived, which gave me complete peace of mind.

What has impressed me even more is the service afterwards. We’ve kept in touch and they’ve been incredibly helpful with advice on other courier and delivery issues, including helping me when I had a complicated luggage situation.

Reliable, responsive, professional and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a company that goes beyond simply completing the job. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them.
