I’ve had the pleasure of working with Michael on our Google Ads account. Michael has played a vital role in optimizing profitability on Google, which has been a major struggle for us in the past. He’s very disciplined and analytical in his work and is often proactively suggesting many things for our shop to improve things such as AOV, conversion rates, customer experience, new/vs returning customers strategy or advanced Shopify functions.
He has helped us with our business strategy as a whole - and how we should monitor important financial marketing/business metrics. He follows Net profit and Blended POAS numbers closely, and also goes beyond Google Ads to understand and further develop our business.
