1. Late, very late delivery
2. No answer on my emails abt. delivery of the ordered goods
3. Jackets ordered were of wrong color and jackets are stained, as if the leather dye is worn of.
4. Leather quality is very doubtful, feels and looks like synthetic leather.
5. No aftersales service or refund of returned goods

I never received my order and when I tried to contact the company about tracking information or a refund, they never responded. I emailed and called several times with no response. I had to file a claim with my credit card to get my money back. This is a scam. Do not order from them.

I did not receive the jacket I ordered and I did not hear back from this webpage when I asked about it.

I paid AU $355.45 for a product I never received and the company never replied to my emails. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!! If I could give 0 or - stars I would.

I never received any shipment from this company & it’s been 4 months already & I have been waiting for a response from them and they haven’t been responding to me at all. Please let me know how long will the package be delivered.

Would give NO star if I could. Order my jacket and was billed but NEVER received my order and , big suprise, can't get hold of the company. Now I'm out $200. Scam, scam, scam. Avoid at ALL costs!!

STOP! Reas this! Google earth their USA "headquarters" 4000 W Montrose, Chicago IL, Pretty sure DHL/FEDEX is NOT a "headquarters" The UK Address is a house in a typical neighborhood. Ordered a custom made coat, was assured it would be here in 10 - 12 days. I have emailed 5 times since ordering, and wow! No surprise, no reply! Sure, its a great price, for a chinese company that can only receive payment via paypal IF they have a US address. You have been warned. BBB Acreddited? Lol yeah ok.. thats my next stop

It took 22 days to receive my order and I had to pay customs also that was not included in "free shipping" very poor communication after several emails! Definitely not recommending!

The jacket were exactly as described, although I recommend sizing up. The shipment was super fast (received within 4 days of ordering).

The picture was of a teal coat, I received a dark blue almost purple coat. Can't get company to respond for return info.
