This was my first experience of buying a used car and the guys at MK couldn't have made the process any smoother. They went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the car.
At the initial viewing they gave me all the time and space I needed and never attempted any sales tactics.
On the test drive I noticed an issue with the gears I noticed a small issue with third gear so they sent off to be repaired. While fixing this issues the mechanics found another issue that wasn't essential to fix but would likely cause issues in the future. MK paid to fix the issue out of their own pocket to ensure the car would be perfect.
I will be recommending MK to friends and family and will definitely consider them again in the future if I need another used car.

Not this time....but would visit again !
I visited 23.6.21 to view a car which was very well presented and Freddie had been great in talking me through features etc before my visit.
We took a test drive but on this occasion did not buy but was very impressed with the service from Freddie and the dealership and would not hesitate to buy from this dealer in the future if the right car for my taste was in stock.

I cannot praise this company enough. They have gone above and beyond in assisting me to purchase my car. As I live in Barnsley and they are based in Manchester they personally delivered my car in their own time. The lads were so polite and friendly. Nothing was too much for them.

Does do delivery's, obviously theres a cost. But its reasonable. Also offered to deliver on a Sunday, which is handy for anyone who works Monday - Friday. Valeted before delivery.
