I ordered a watch and paid for the watch and shipping too( it clearly says free postage for normal delivery, but doesn't happen when you pay). I got an email after 10 days saying no parts and I won't get my order for 6 more weeks. I have been emailing and asking for refund but no response. I highly doubt I will see my watch or my money. Such a shame, I wanted to gift someone and it's not going to happen anymore. Such a disappointment.

I have just received my replacement sailcloth 20mm strap to replace the first MKS strap which has lasted for over 5 to 6 years.

To preserve the original, and very expensive, crocodile leather strap on my Tag Heuer Twin Time, I used GBP20.00 sailcloth strap from MKS, bought around 2016/2017. Whilst there was a period of over a year where it was not worn due to covid, I've worn my watch nearly every day, and rarely take it off at night.

When new, the sailcloth straps are soft and pliable but over time become a bit stiff and brittle and this is when I noticed it had cracked across an eyelet (23/06/2024 to be precise). So, I immediately bought another but this time, they were at only GBP5.00, so I bought 3 with nice red stitching to compliment the 24hr hand. I now have enough straps for at least 15 years! Delivery was next day - incredible.

Excellent company and excellent quality straps. I also bought a few NATO straps for my G10 CWC watch over the years - These are stronger than my original army issued straps so also last much longer and do not tear at the eyelets.

I bought a Black Submariner a while back. Nice watch and I was impressed by the purchase and said as much on their website. However, the luminous dot on the bezel at 12 o'clock has since fallen off. I just needed to have the bezel replaced and I am willing to pay for it to be done. I've received no response at all either via chat or via messaging on the WhatsApp number provided on the site. Complete radio silence. This has spoilt the look of an otherwise nice looking watch.

I own three MKS Zulu Straps. They look and feel great. I ordered a strap recently, and changed my mind ordering a different one. Once I "spoke" with Seb via the "chat" section on their website, my money was refunded within twenty minutes. Being slightly older! I was new to this form of communication, being a subscriber to emails. Hence the dropping of one star. Seb couldn't have been more helpful, and the straps themselves "Quality". Thank You Monkey Swag. I ordered a camo NATO strap and yes I did recieve it within a fair amount of time, but the strap didn’t match what I ordered. Multiple times I tried contacting MKS but alas - with no respons. They specifically say returns or complaints should contact via the chat services but they never answer.
