They shut their life insurance website & call centre down in the afternoon of the last day of the financial year without warning so that I can't pay my premium and have it included in this years tax return. Seriously - who does that? Even more insulting is the phone message which tells me to call back during business hours despite the fact that I called during their stated open hours.
