Like others I have my doubts if this company is genuine. I placed an order a few weeks ago and nothing arrived so I tried to contact the company. Their online contact page is disabled and the email address that they give me rejects any emails.

Their prices are ridiculously cheap probably to bring the customers in.

Luckily I received a refund through my payment company.

Ordered 2 Wardrobes. Contacted on several occasions and they do not respond.
Thankfully we paid by PayPal so should get a refund 🤞

scam, you wont recieve any responce to any emails or messages etc. the product wont be delivered either. if you pay through paypal you can get a refund as the company cant provide proof to paypal that the product has been delivered or is being delivered.

Before ordering I somehow got through on the phone and mentioned to Lukasz that I was wary of their negative reviews. He assured me he could honour the delivery date I required and to place an order, and the negative reviews were because they had so many orders and they were late with previous deliveries.

Luckily I'm not born yesterday so I opted for 'cash on delivery', and as suspected they have been impossible to get hold of since.

If they somehow deliver my sofa next week I'll remove this review, but I'm not counting my chickens, especially because...

I also did some digging and they have filed to have the company stricken off with Companies House. So I guess they're running away with any money they have taken.

Steer clear

Its a shame i have to even put a star because I am coming to the unfortunate conclusion that this company is a scam! I ordered a wardrobe from them over two weeks ago and was told the item would be delivered by 8th November. Still no wardrobe, no update, no response, no reply to emails. No answer on their phone line. What can I say - just don't get buy from this company!

I ordered a wardrobe. They rang me and offered me a different wardrobe they had ready to deliver (immediate red flag). “I know you didn’t order this…but maybe you want to switch”

I declined and they said my order would likely be another week. Six weeks passed and still no wardrobe. I tried calling to cancel my order but no one answers the phone.

I tried messaging mlfurniture on Facebook. They asked for my order number. I provided it and never heard from them again. 😂

Luckily, Im overly suspicious. I asked to pay cash on delivery. I sensed something wasn’t right with this company. The website format, mobile number for contact, the live chat that doesn’t work. Even the reviews on google look suspicious. I didn’t have anything to lose asking for cash on delivery so gave it a shot.

I’m even struggling to believe that their registered address on google is actually legitimate.

Don’t chance it, order from somewhere decent and pay a little more.

MLfurniture Ltd is a scam. All the positive reviews are fake. A company with over 300 lines with only 30 Google reviews & 11 Trust Pilot reviews says it all really, I should have known better. There is no way to contact this company, the main number does not work, emails are ignored, the mobile supplied by PayPal is not answered, messages left on voicemail & WhatsApp are ignored. The company relies upon customers not paying via PayPal, if you don’t pay via PayPal you have little chance of getting your money back. Avoid this company, at best they will waste your time, at worst they will steal your money.

I spoke to Lukasz on the phone and email, when I bought a sofa, almost 3 weeks later still not received it and they are not answering the phone and not replaying the emails. I have opened a case on PayPal to get the money back.

Great service.
ML Furniture answered my email query promptly regarding the colour of the chosen garden furniture.
The price was very competitive.
The furniture was delivered within a week and I received a phone call just before delivery.
Will use them again

Great company bought a Keter balcony set some broken but was sorted and replaced immediately. Would definitely recommend and this company and would use again without a doubt.

Bought 2 sets of Keter Rosalie garden furniture.
Quick delivery and communication was good from order to despatch date and delivery day.
1 item had been slightly damaged in the in opened box was replaced with no quibble

Fantastic experience with ML Furniture. Ordered garden set which arrived within few days since ordering. Also last minute delivery address change wasn't a problem for the company and the driver. He delivered to my work address instead of home address. Garden set was easy to put together, all parts well packed and delivered with care. Will definitely use again. thank you

Very happy with my experience with ML Furniture. Had a small problem with very minor damage to a part of the one of the chairs I ordered, but within two days a replacement part was with me.

Scam!!!!! I bought an Wardrobe from this company ML furniture Ltd but never arrived. Still waiting after a month. I called to the mobile numbers provided on website but nobody answered .No reply to my emails.
