DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS…

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They take your money and do NOT deliver their product. Purchased shoes for my son in December 2022, as of today March 1, 2023 I do not have anything and no tracking information. I reached out to the company numerous times and they say they've been shipped, but are unable to give me tracking information. I just want my money back and they are refusing. Better Business Bureau will be contacted regarding these thieves. This place is a scam!!!!

I purchased shoes shoes December of 22. It is now February going into March 23 and still have not recieved them. I have reached out to this company and keep getting the same response about there carrier is overseas and so on. But manage to take my money. Beware of this company do not buy you will never get anything you ordered from them but they will TAKE YOUR MONEY.

BUYER BEWARE!

If there were a way to give 0 stars, I would. My order was placed in December. The tracking info provided just says, "order placed". When I reach out to customer service, I get a generic response. I don't believe anyone actually gets shoes form these people.

Bare porch ,bare feet from scotty to hottie

DO NOT BUY FROM MLO. ordered mine on December 9th 2022and had a tracking number sent on the 16th of December 2022 when they for sure got there money from my credit card...(since )when I inquire about my shoes they have pre- arranged excuses they send me,oh its high volumes,oh there overseas, oh there in a third party's hands that we have no control of and so on (really) quit pissing in my ear and telling me it's raining ..on January 21st 2023 Clayton (clay) the owner sent me an email about how did I like my shoes. are you stroking me?i wrote there like 2 invisible clouds on my feet you can't feel or see them BECAUSE I NEVER GOT THEM!!!this place is a joke they don't even know who's receiving there shoes, and you would think the owner would help you out nothing doing....it's February 19, 2023 and still the order status gauge says ordered when I put in my bogus tracking number .today I came to the realization that I was ripped off do not let this happen to you get out of the house and go to the malls,shoe shops, ect...at least when you leave there you will have something tangible, and since covid I'm sure theese stores can use your help. save yourself a headache and a footache and buy something elsewhere

Prepare for inconsistent shipping.

Placed an order Jan 15. It’s literally been a month and my shoes still haven’t arrived. Website says 9 business days max for standard shipping.
Ordered shoes for my sister Jan 16 and they came within a week.
If they’re out of stock don’t let me buy them. Or at least email me letting me know. I’m being generous with a 2 star considering I still haven’t got my pair.

After 4 months

After 4 months, I contacted my card issuer and the New York AG office. Now MLO is saying my order ‘might’ have been lost. Waiting on my credit card Company to finalize and send my money back.
NEVER dealing with MLO again.

I have waited since early November 2022…

UPDATE: 3/10/25
STILL NO PRODUCT OR REFUND. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have waited since early November 2022 (It is now February 2023) to receive merchandise from this company.
IMO, this company does not value their relationship with their customers.
While logistical problems have been an issue for every business of late MLO will not, DOES not take responsibility for their merchandise NOT showing up.
Their customer service will tell you- eloquently and politely- you will not be receiving a refund and you must wait until your merchandise arrives BEFORE they'll provide you with a refund link AFTER you ship the items back to them first. Read: "Take a hike, Sucker".

The items I did receive are NOT comfortable. They are design forward.

I believe MLO return policy to be unethical, not offering a refund for merch not delivered after 90 (99 in my case) days. The customer must pay with an open ended window as to when, if ever the shoes arrive.

DO NOT BUY FROM MLO. Seems to be a scam/scheming business/company. They’re just going to take your money and not actually give you what you paid for. I ordered a pair of ERA S290s from them almost 2 months ago now and I’ve yet to even receive a working tracking number for it. I’ve even asked them several times now to just cancel everything and give me my money back but they refuse. I was also supposed to receive a free pair for signing up as a new VIP Member and another free pair for spending over $75. I’ve only received one free pair and it’s something I would never wear. Their shoe quality is absolute trash as well. You’re better off buying shoes pretty much anywhere else. They definitely fooled me with their “promotions” but don’t let them fool you.

Beware!!!

Beware!!!! They have ZERO accountability after you pay them for products! I ordered shoes for my son over two months ago and all they can tell me is that their delivery courier service hasn’t updated the tracking since Dec. 2. It’s now January 29th.
Every email response is the same and tell me they should arrive any day. They won’t refund me either. They said I can return the shoes for a refund once I get them if I am unhappy. This is the 2nd time a delivery has taken a couple months. I figured the first time was just a mistake, but NO. This is what they do to their paying customers!!!

Absolutely worst company I’ve ever…

Absolutely worst company I’ve ever bought from. I ordered shoes in November for my husband for Christmas and shipping was fine and we got the shoes. However, they didn’t fit my husband so I am in the process of exchanging them and I’m coming into 3 months without getting these shoes back nor my money!!! They also charged $11 for a processing fee to exchange which is absolutely ludacris!! They just string you along for months on end and now I’m at a loss of $100 because the bank won’t reimburse us. This place should be f****ing reported and shut down.

Nice shoes, terrible shipping

The shoes themselves are nice. That isn't why I rate them 1 star. It's the customer support and ship times. They send you a tracking number within a week or so. However, it doesn't update forever. My first pair didn't ship for almost a month. I currently have an open order that was placed almost a month ago. The tracking still doesn't show picked up. If you have 30-40 days to wait, it's worth it. If not, steer clear.

TERRIBLE... like everyone else says!

Like everyone else... I am going into month #4 waiting on one pair of shoes I ordered. I had also ordered a t-shirt and hoodie - those were delivered within 2 weeks. But... EVERY email I sent about the shoes (on 11-2-22, 11-30-22, 12-15-22, 12-30-22, and 1-5-23)... I received the SAME reply: "Your shoes have been picked up by the courier service and are in route to you. Since the order is already in route, we are unable to cancel. When you receive your order, you are welcome to return it." LUCKILY, I used Klarna as my payment method (as I do with most brands/companies I am unfamiliar with - for the purchase protection). I contacted Kalrna in December (before my 4th of 4 payments) telling them I had yet to receive my order. Klarna, thankfully, took over from there as far as dealing directly with MLO. My original order was placed on 10/20/22, and today (1-26-23) Klarna notified me that MLO confirmed the order had been cancelled and/or was never shipped (OPPOSITE of what MLO told me) and that Klarna would be refunding my purchase. If I had paid MLO directly, I am sure (based on other reviews) I would have never received the shoes OR my refund. I can't review the shoes... but I can review my experience. Should anyone want to purchase products from MLO, my suggestion is to use a method of payment that offers some kind of purchase protection (other than your credit card, since those usually have time limitations) to protect yourself.
