I purchased a trio offer of Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat & Windows 11 Pro all are working awesomely perfect. however, for the next Microsoft 365 purchase specific to updating please provide a key/link that won't prompt changing our linked address to Microsoft.

Had problems downloading and signing into Microsoft office. Bastion was very helpful resolving my problems.
All respones to my questions were extremely quick.

Easy to order, download and install. Program works great.

I bought what I thought was a license but the product requires you to use one of their email accounts to get onto office365 which means your files / one drive are never really fully protected and an administrator of the domain can see your personal files. Not really suitable product to sell to the public without making things clear. Oh well that’s the money down the drain.

Purchased several products and never had to use Customer Support till one issue arose, Bastion communicated via email at first, then elevated to remote support - Fixed the issue promptly, Great Communication and Service from Bastion ! Highly recommended !

Good Service Good Support Great Product and Great Solution

Easy to purchase. Easy to follow instructions and download. Easy to activate. The same procedures as if you paid full price. Has all the features you want, no hiccups, and the price is right. This is not always true from my purchases at other sites, which longer exist.

Eventually all was sorted out, and most of the problems were made by me. I am not as sharp as I was (90 years old).

Excellent and fast service

I asked you for a PDF program that has a Greek menu. You recommended Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2021 and I bought it. It was a useless purchase. It does not have a Greek menu!!!

Fast, knowledgeable, competent and caring customer service. Ran into a problem with one of my Adobe products that caused it to stop working. Contacted Mm3digital via email and quickly received a reply from Bastian with easy and clear instructions on some things to try. Unfortunately, they didn’t work. Replied back and set up a time for Bastian to look farther into the problem. Once he remotely looked at the problem, it was quickly solved in about 10 minutes. You could watch as he ran utilities to isolate and fix the issue buried deep in the operating system. He was extremely competent; he knew his way around the system, apps, and operating system; and he accurately diagnosed the problem. Before he ended the session, he ran all my Adobe apps to show everything was in good order.

The adobe acrobat worked for a week then started asking for subscription I don’t recommend
its waist of money
