Dreadful, dreadful, dreadful!

Redon has changed hands and Laetitia is a liar and a thief, dreadful woman! Said she would cancel my insurance policy if she didn't receive the ' carte grise ' ( log book), so I deliberately did not get the carte grise as the motorbike that we were insuring broke down, engine seized up! She then REFUSED to cancel the policy!! Extremely STUPID LITTLE girl who has no idea what she is doing!

Do NOT put your trust in them!!

This firm was despicable from the word go. Let’s start off with the fact that they haven’t heard of the word ‘communication’ and so communication was appalling from throughout until apparently an IT glitch deleted my case and communication officially became zero and 3 weeks turned into 5 months or much more had I not made contact.

What’s worse, this IT glitch didn’t just affect my case according to them.

Avoid them at all costs. The only reason they get business is because your insurance company passes your details to them and not because they are worthy- certainly not from my experience.

Be very wary of this lot in my opinion.
At last, I have canceled my small policy. They told had me I could not cancel, then they would not send me the address for cancellation. I changed my bank for the final two payments, sending them all the details via their secure message system - they ignored this and sent me a ‘pay or legal action’ SMS. Later emailing that they only accept French Banks; I wanted to use another European Union Bank in Belgium.
To note: If you visit their website, they claim 4.8 out of 5 with Avis Vérifiés – here on Trustpilot they average 1.7 and I think that is generous.

This is the worst insurance company. I am still waiting a year on for a claim of two broken ceramic sculptures. A valuer came to assess the damage and they have refused to pay the recommendation by their own valuer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Poor experience. The insurance for my analog cameras was useless, I got charged a high amount per year and when something actually happened to my camera they barely covered any cost for it. The insurance are auto renew so even if you're not acting on it they will charge you and auto renew the contacts for another year.

One of the worst assurances. They will charge you even after you change your assurances to other company and you try to call them they will not respond.

Unable to get an online estimate. Address wasn't recognised. Frustrating online experience drives potential clients away.

Just take a look at the reviews of this company on Trustpilot. They are terrible.
I own a home in France. I live in the UK. I have paid my money for 2 years, I was about to pay for a 3rd year when we had some water come into our cellar. I put a claim in, sent photographs, asked when they might take a look. All they said was, Oh, look at your contract, if it's mushrooms, if it's mould, we don't help, it's not our problem. Thanks for that. They hung us out to dry. They could easily do the same to you. Like I say, just take a look at the horrible reviews they have had on Trustpilot, and avoid at all costs.

Je suis propriétaire d'une maison en France. Je vis au Royaume-Uni. J'ai payé mon argent pour 2 ans, j'étais sur le point de payer pour une 3ème année quand nous avons fait entrer de l'eau dans notre cave. J'ai déposé une réclamation, envoyé des photos, demandé quand ils pourraient jeter un œil. Tout ce qu'ils ont dit c'est : Oh, regarde ton contrat, si c'est des champignons, si c'est de la moisissure, on n'aide pas, ce n'est pas notre problème. Merci pour ça. Ils nous ont suspendus pour sécher. Ils pourraient facilement vous faire la même chose. Comme je l'ai dit, jetez un œil aux critiques horribles qu'ils ont eues sur Trustpilot et évitez à tout prix.
