Chairs arrived packaged well and very quickly after ordering. Easy to put together, look great and look much more expensive than they were. Very sturdy and will be easy to wipe down and keep clean.

The delivery was pretty prompt which was good but one of the chairs was damaged and the wrong legs came for all the chairs. I understand, these things happen. When I called the support staff were very unhelpful, rude and just tried to pawn me off on to the website. Eventually they gave me the email address I needed but when I asked for the persons name so I could reference my call they refused, and they refused to give me a reference for the call. he then swore at me and hung up.

This rating is purely for the quality of the chairs.... pre drilled holes did not match up the screws were not long enough so chairs would not have been stable. Having said that they looked true to the picture and would’ve kept them if I had been able to put them together. The customer service I received was very good and the chairs were picked up I even changed the address so this was a bonus

Product lovely, although incorrect part supplied for doors, so screws and instructions weren’t correct. Had to rectify myself. Delivery of product not great.

On the whole would give product 100% for look and durability, but mark down based on part mentioned above and also customer services.

I found the company very reasonably priced. Incredibly quick delivery, and my furniture looks very stylish!

I recently purchased the fabric Tulip Chairs from Mmilo. Upon receipt, these had the incorrect bases, (I had ordered the Pyramid and received the Eiffel base). However, the bases were collected and exchanged within 24hrs of notifying customer services. Communication was good at all times and I am very happy with the end product. Great quality and price. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Excellent product as described delivered on time

Unsure about ordering from this company as had bad experience in past when dealing with a company that had links to China but everything was fine. Product as described, quality good enough, arrived on time and good price (the authentic versions of this light shade are £350). Will order from them again as they have some decent contemporary stuff at reasonable prices.

The Eames rocking chair looks great in my daughter’s bedroom. Regular communication from the moment of purchase about delivery. Chair arrived swiftly and was well packaged. We bought a mauve grey chair and the photo seemed more purple than it actually is but it looks great with a purple cushion. My daughter rocks while she’s reading and she loves the new addition to her room

Brilliant. No problems

Received my chairs which I am in love with. I will give this a 4-star rating because the instructions are very poor so it took us a long time to put together. Plus, on the “seethrough” chairs they stuck a sticker on the bottom which has now left a sticky residue.

Speedy delivery..easy to put together. .gorgeous comfortable chairs..only downside was I had only 3 stoppers for the chairs and don't know how to get the other 13.

Chairs I bought look great and are good value for money as also good quality. Instructions were simple although arrows on legs were incorrect on two of the chairs but by taking a few measurements and using a level we managed to work it out.
