Had and paid for appointment and completed it on March 20th. Doctor said message support once I receive patient id number I did a few hours later and over a month later still nothing. I've emailed and nothing. There's no phone number to contact and the doctor who called for appointment has a Google voice number left texts and voicemails and no response

Nothing was difficult at all and my email went bombed at all. It just went normal and that is appreciated in a life where things are harder than expected. My doctor called right on time so if you want to knock it out without any drama go here

Scammers site is down and was never using a legitimate doctor

It didn't take any time to get my interview with the doctor. The problem...the doctor didn't send me my Approval and my Reference number, through my email address. I found out, through the State, that I was approved, but had not fill out the complete form...which I did. The State wanted them to send me a new Reference number. So I spent over a week trying to find someone to tell the doctor to send me a new reference number. Finally got a hold of a person in California to send the info. The doctor didn't send me the new number, but the old number. With my State I can fill out a "Complaint" form...which I did two of them...more than likely I will never see my $150, again. WHAT A RIP OFF!

SENT MONEY AND NEVER GOT ANYTHING BUT SCAMMED

I had used this business online for about 3 years until Dec 2020 when they have been giving me nothing but problems. You cannot get straightforward answers from them. Then they start ignoring your messages and emails. They never answer the phone. I’m out $60 which isn’t a big hit to me or anything, it’s the principle of business. If you charge said amount and we as customers pay you that fee, you must deliver. And if you can’t there must be some refund policy. I’ve been unable to have my problem resolved. I was unable to report this business to the Better Business Bureau because they cannot identify them as an actual business. By all means, please if you are reading this there is no need to read any other review. Know that they will take your money but you will receive nothing after that. Do not support this place.

Not a legit site.
Even though I've used them since 2017 without a problem until last year, it's not a legit site. It looks like it and acts like it but your 'recommendation' will not be valid and not accepted by dispensaries. I was told last year that my recommendation wasn't valid by a dispensary. They researched and stated the doctor (a radiologist) id was stolen and it wasn't valid. I contacted MMJdoctoronline and they stated I had to contact my credit card company for a chargeback which I did.
This year thought I'd use them again because it seemed like it wasn't MMJdoctoronline 'fault'. Their site is still up and running but their phone number is now wonky and their other number is disconnected. They don't answer emails and I never received my 'fake' recommendation in the mail this year although I did receive the temporary one via email. It had the SAME Radiologist name on the fake recommendation for this year that was refused last year. They haven't charged my credit card yet but if they do, I will dispute the charge.
Don't use them.

Stated i only need a bank statement, doctor says i need state id. Chat ignores me. Lost $80

The cards are NOT VALID!! YOU WILL BUSTED FOR ILLEGALLY GROWING! THIS IS A SCAM!! RUN! Delivery dispensaries don't even take them. They know their cards are not valid and will issue a refund if called out. So get your refund and run away!
