A Pattern of Disrespect, Poor Quality and Denial – Customers Deserve Better

I was recommended M&M Bedminster for their kebab pizza, but my experience has been consistently disappointing and, frankly, concerning. On multiple occasions I ordered chicken kebab pizza and repeatedly received something entirely different: frozen, flavourless chicken pieces hidden under a heavy layer of cheese, nothing like proper kebab meat.

Each time I raised the issue, the response was the same: deny, argue, and insist I had ordered something else, even when I had confirmed the order twice in the same phone call. This became a predictable pattern — mistakes followed by blame placed on the customer.

The only time they produced a correct kebab pizza was when I physically stood inside the shop and watched the preparation. That alone raises serious questions about consistency and honesty in how orders are handled.

Even small requests felt like a battle. Mayo was repeatedly added as an extra charge, and only after challenging it would they suddenly say “don’t worry, it’s free”. Asking for extra chicken simply resulted in the same small amount being spread thinner and covered with more cheese. Nothing about this process felt transparent.

After several attempts, it became clear this is not a one-off mistake but a manner of operating that shows little respect for customers or repeat business. The defensiveness, the denials, and the refusal to acknowledge errors make it impossible to trust what you’re being served or charged for.

For anyone considering ordering from here, I strongly recommend being aware of the issues I encountered. Consistency, honesty, and basic customer respect were all missing from my repeated experiences.

Just keeps on getting worse and worse…

Just keeps on getting worse and worse every time I order.
Undercooked lamb and chicken last time.
Ordered a large shish with separate pita for £11 odds.
This time I received less than a kiddies portion of meat that was overloaded with lettuce to make up the bulk that was contained within a soppy ganky pita!
Extremely disappointed with these people and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on!
