I had a very bad experience with MMOAH…

I had a very bad experience with MMOAH customer support.
A friend of mine placed an order, but MMOAH customer service said the transfer could not be completed because he supposedly had too many disputes open on IGGM. Because of that, I requested a refund for him, but he never received any money back.
After that, I decided to place the same order myself, this time for my own character/account. However, customer support immediately assumed we were the same person, even though I calmly explained several times that we are two different people.
In the end, I also did not receive any refund/payment, and the customer support chat was closed without giving me the chance to properly explain the situation or solve the problem.
This feels extremely unfair and unprofessional. I expected proper support and a clear resolution, but instead I was ignored and treated like I was trying to do something wrong.
I do not recommend this service.
