And supply no information, help or guidance.
One star, because i feel like thier rating should reflekt those of thier Sellers. Thier Sellers like unlimitedkeys.
Who have a terrible score one trustpilot. They just give bad companies a platform to continue thier spiel.
As soon as I orderd a Produkt from this seller on MMOGA I recived a notifikation that the Produkt isnt even in stock. Even tho its listed as avalible on MMOGA, you´ll have to wait for days for a Produkt. So chances are that buying a Produkt on MMOGA will Punish you with having to deal with a bad suplier. I kontakted MMOGA about this and got told to just wait it out, twice.

I´ve reached out to the MMOGA Support twice since placing those orders on the 02.09.24.

To update my rewiew for others.

MMOGA has reached out to me through truspilot. This is my 4 interaction with the support in 4 days just to inform me that I would have to wait up to two weeks. This is actually a progress, since I was just told to wait before without a time frame.
I orderd at the 02.09 had to wait until the 05.09 for any information and only got told to wait up to 2 weeks. No refund offer whatsoever. I've asked them to give me a refund now. Hopefully this process will be better.

Waiting time is ridiculous never get any information on times of service or completion I’m still waiting for what I have paid for live support keep saying within 2-5 hours however that’s a lie as it’s been well over that also who wants to wait 5 hours on a weekend because they can’t hurry up they’re process

stolen my identity going to the police first thing in the morning and charging back the payment they are a bunch of scammers stealing passport and driving licence's to commit fraud stay away like the plague from these!
