VERY BAD COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Bought Fifa points from them on 3/4/17 received the details I purchased and followed the directions they gave to get said coins however there was no money on the account to purchase the coins, emailed them they got back to me that evening saying they would send me another account

Woke up the next morning to still no new account details and emailed them once more asking where they were to be greeted with "no stock maybe tommorow"

Demanded to refund and the company didn't get back to me

Got a new account sent to me the following day but the same problem,

Emailed again with no reply

I'm the end had to go to PayPal (how I payed the company) and demand a refund through them to which I have just received

So please do not order from this company

Placed an order for a fifa 17 account. Paid for it and it has now been 3 days and haven't received it still.

I contacted them through live chat. They kept repeating the same thing over and over again "please be patient", it's been 3 days I think I have been patient really waiting that long.

So from there I have been contacting them through email and same thing being said to me all the time be patient. Don't waste your time or money on this terrible site.

I placed a simple order on this website, which claims to fulfill orders in 5 to 30 minutes. As of writing this post, it has been over 35 hours, and their customer service simply repeats to be patient. Even after stating I want a refund for how badly they handled everything. Still nothing, only now they flat out ignore my emails, messages and requests.

Update: After having sent the same email demanding a refund for three days in a row to every email address associated, I finally got one. In total, this took a week and a half.

Placed an order 4 days ago, contacted 3 times, came back to me once to tell me, that my order is in a queue. The items purchased are in game currency lol.

Update, originally i had this rated as 1 star, due to lack of the communication from the site, but they did grant me a refund. Took a while to sort 5-6 days from order's date, but as i said refund was given, so the site is not a - scam. Before ordering try contacting them first to see if they have virtual items in store to save the trouble.

They are a scam! Do not purchase NOTHING from them!
