With buying my first home I was abit nervous of the whole process but it went very smoothly and I was kept up to date through the whole process. No hesitation in recommending to others and I will use their services again.

Brendan was superb for us in our house purchase. In fact, even prior to our successful purchase Brendan dealt with a new build we had to withdraw from 2 weeks before completion due to knotweed issue thaf aroselate on. If not for Brendan's expertise and meticulous approach we would have been tied into a development tarnished with issues, potentially devestating for first time buyers' lifetime investment.

So after withdrawing we needed to find our new home urgently due to circumstances and even by own admission not an easy case. But Brendan took it all in his stride and not once failed us be it updates, pushing things constantly and ultimately meeting (and in fact beating) the deadline we needed. Considering there was easter, 2 bank holidays and vendor or holiday all within that 7 week period it was fantastic and very much appreciated. So yes, couldn't recommend enough. 5*
