I was honestly a bit skeptical because of the negative reviews, but I have to say I cannot relate to them at all.

I ordered a pair of shoes because my boyfriend recommended the website to me. Everything went smoothly, the shoes are of good quality and exactly as pictured on the website. The delivery was also very quick and the customer service even reached out to me to ask if I was happy with the product.

So all in all, I would definitely order again!

Personally, I had a great experience purchasing from MNCR. When I felt I had been waiting a bit too long for the shipping confirmation email, I contacted customer service. They replied promptly, explaining that they were locating my pair of shoes and that they would be shipped shortly. At no point did I feel like something was wrong or that I had anything to worry about. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend MNCR.

I really like there website! They are fast and there service is super! Really recommend everyone to buy there next pair of shoes or everything else here!

This is not a trustworthy company. They have send me defaulted shoes, with blobs of glue all over. Then they admitted this, but did not want to send me my refund. They only wanted to send me another pair, but since they were so slow to respond, I allready had a new pair from another store.
Since I told them this and asked for my refund again, their customer service ignores me.
I am going to take legal action, since they still haven’t refunded my €159 euros.
Don’t order here, they will probably scam you as well.

The package has arrived, and I am very satisfied with the purchase. Customer service was extremely kind and prompt.

Ordered item but was tracked from USA to UK but never arrived. Complained via PayPal and item arrived but not as described.
I have been asked to return item to china but it was posted from Britain

I placed my order for a pair of shoes on the 22nd of June, spending a large sum and paying 25€ extra for express delivery (which should have been from 5-7 days later). For reference, my order number is MNCR39215. It is now over a month later and my package not only has not been delivered, but it now seems lost. I have tried numerous times to request a full refund from MNCR without success. It seems like I have now lost all my money for nothing. Terrible experience, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

It’s a scam. I ordered shoes, they said they didn’t have them in stock anymore and said they would refund me. They didn’t refund me at all. Kept saying that they would but never did. Worst company ever

I will write down exactly what happened for me with MNCR club. No exaggerations. Not dramatically.

I saw an advertisement on Instagram of the sneaker (ASICS x Toga) and I jumped their website.
Price was nice so I purchased one pair of sneaker on 16th June.
And first issue happened.
My first bank refused payment. It didn’t go through at all.
So I used second bank with debit card.
My debit card payment was issued but MNCR sent me an email saying “Sorry, your order was unsuccessful “.
I double checked many times with my bank that my payment went through. So I emailed them about this.

Then 2 days later, I received an email saying “ Thank you for your order” from MNCR.

Then at this point, I finally thought this is weird. So I googled reviews and found many people are mentioning about this website is a scam.

I sent email to cancel the order, but they said we already shipped the item so it’s not possible. But there is no tracking number.

Then I asked tracking number, then 2days later they gave me.
I tried to track them but website is showing me “this is unknown tracking number” … so I called my bank to decline the payment and get money back, but my bank said not possible regarding the bank’s policy.

So I decided to not care about this and stoped making efforts.

But then suddenly tracking number was updated and started to move after I sent an email saying “it seems not moving at all and please either send me the item or refund me”.

It seemed like tracking number was Yun express which means it’s from China.

Finally, I received my sneakers on 22nd of July… it took full 1 month.

Sneakers seem like ok, I am not sure that these are really authentic.

If you are looking for decent quality and good shoes, better avoid this website, they might sell fake sneakers. Even they promote themselves on the Instagram…!

So my experience was like this. I hope this helps some people feel better if they are going through the same thing as me.

UPDATE 28/9: Order refunded, but €30 in promised return costs still unpaid

After an exhausting amount of back-and-forth with MNCR, I was finally able to return the shoes. They confirmed receipt and refunded my order, although I had to chase them repeatedly to get this resolved.

However, I am still waiting for reimbursement of the €30 return shipping costs. As MNCR does not offer a return service, I had to arrange and pay for shipping myself. Their online policy states that these costs are reimbursed, yet customer support initially told me they would not cover them. I had to point out their own policy around five times before they agreed.

Since then, they have confirmed on three separate occasions that they would reimburse my shipping cost. Despite these repeated promises and my follow-up emails, I still have not received the money.

The order refund is welcome, but it does not erase the months of delays, mistakes, and constant chasing this purchase has involved. Customers should not have to work this hard to get a company to honour its own policy and written commitments. Based on my experience, I would still strongly advise against ordering from Menser.

I placed an order on May 10, which was supposed to arrive within 5-10 business days. It never arrived, and the tracking stated on June 5 that the package was left in a letterbox (which is strange because shoes don’t fit in a letterbox) at an address I did not enter as my shipping address. After contacting the support team, a new pair was shipped, which arrived after more than a month, on July 15. The shoes were 2 different sizes, 40 and 40.5. The shoes I ordered were a size 40.5, and on top of this, the one shoe in the correct size doesn’t fit me, while I have 5 other pairs of the same brand all in size 40.5. This makes me believe the Asics I ordered are not real Asics. I asked support to return the shoes and get reimbursed; all they say is that they will send a new pair. I have expressed the fact I want to get reimbursed now already 3 times, and they keep ignoring me. With this comment, I just want to warn you and hopefully trigger the brand to allow me to return the shoes and get reimbursed, which is your right as a customer, as stated on their website.

just received my asics gel kayano and i'm happy i picked these up. super comfy for gym and running. came brand new, no issues at all. delivery under 2 weeks. will definitely order again

UPDATE: jeg fik lige pludselig mine penge retur inden jeg overhovedet havde sendt skoene tilbage?!?! Jeg går ud fra det var fordi jeg havde keemet dem ned med beskeder indtil de blev trætte af mig haha. Men så til gengæld modtager jeg en mail fra dem hvor de "truer" mig og skriver at jeg nu er i "possesion of unpaid items"og er de kommer efter mig legaly speaking. Altså de er total hul i hovedet...Modtog en ny random mail fra en kvinde fra Letland som skrev hendes adresse til mig hvor jeg sendte dem retur til med det samme...Ej men altså det er simpelthen så weird...

Absolutely terrible experience with MNCR Club.

I purchased a pair of shoes online and requested a return shortly after receiving them. MNCR Club refused to provide a refund, despite my understanding that consumers should have the right to return online purchases within a cooling-off period.

The customer service has been extremely disappointing and unwilling to find a reasonable solution. As a customer, I feel completely let down.

To make matters worse, the shoes I received have raised concerns about their authenticity. I cannot prove that they are not genuine, but certain details have left me questioning whether they are authentic. Instead of addressing these concerns, the company simply dismissed them.

I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious before ordering. Based on my experience, I will never shop with MNCR Club again.

Also it seems as if their address on their website is fake, but again I can not prove it.

The quality of the products were super and it worth it the delivery time. Feedback from the customer service was prompt and helpful. I recommend MNCR shop!

The shoes I received ran smaller than I expected. MNCR customer support has been SO helpful with organising an exchange for a larger size. I look froward to receiving and wearing the new ones.

The website offers a great selection of unique and stylish sneakers. I am really happy with my purchase, the sneakers are beautiful, not common, impressive quality for a price totally fair.
I’ll definitively order again.

Terrible service, package hasn’t been moved since over two and a half weeks and service isn’t doing anything. Trying to get my money back but no response.

UPDATE: Never received the package, they didn’t want to give me my money back. Contacted my bank and received the money.

UPDATE2: They are trying their best to remove bad reviews. Tried two times already. Imagine how many reviews there would be if none would be removed because some people don’t care.
