We are just back from our trip from Amsterdam which was booked through MNDL travel. The whole experience of booking through Rachael was stress free. She looked into a great deal for us and asked what we wanted and found this for us. We were able to pay a low deposit and pay the rest up by a certain date, which was fab! We had not long landed in Amsterdam and I received a message of Rachael. Saying to enjoy our trip and to contact her if there were any issues. Which gave us both peace of mind while we were there. We will definitely book through MNDL travel again.

Iceland was the first trip I booked with MNDL Travel Co. and I’ve since booked another two trips with Rachael, with plenty more to come!

Rachael planned our whole multi-centre road trip around Iceland, including six different places to stay and a route through the Westfjords. We ended up seeing so many places we would never have known about or thought to visit ourselves.

One of our favourite stays was a tiny cottage on a farm in the middle of nowhere. The owner cooked us lamb for dinner and made us breakfast the next morning, which was such a lovely experience and one of those memories that really made the trip.

We also had a couple of issues along the way where having Rachael there made a massive difference. When we went to collect our hire car, there was an issue with the name on the booking which was completely our fault. I messaged Rachael and she got it sorted really quickly, and we actually ended up with an upgraded car with full insurance.

We were very glad we had the insurance because later in the trip we had a tyre blowout! Again, I messaged Rachael and she found us a local garage, spoke to the car hire company and sorted getting the money reimbursed for us. It just took all the stress out of it.

We were also able to book the holiday with a low deposit and pay it off gradually, which was really helpful.

Such an amazing trip and definitely showed us the benefit of booking through a travel agent. I’ve booked twice more with Rachael since and will definitely continue to use MNDL Travel Co. in the future.
