Not bad so far
I have bought 3 or 4 pieces from them so far they’ve been great. Items that didn’t fit they accept returns and get your pieces out within days. The only thing i didn’t like as much was the fact that the painted pieces they show don’t come looking like the actual ones you receive. It’s like someone just put paint on their hands and wiped it around, it’s not really careful or artistic like the pictures show.

Make everything short an simple, been a customer for more than 2 years. Last few months I bought, clothes have either have defects or not describwd correctly. I tried to return and was sent the same defected pair twice. Tried to reach out customer service, no answer. Love this brand. But have been screwed over to much. I won’t be buying from here again.

Ghosted by Customer Service
I bought some holiday gifts on Dec 1. I tried to return one of the items on Jan 8- but they have no extended window for holiday shopping. I emailed them and they said they will make an exception- and then ghosted. I was stuck with a $45 pair of pants that did not fit my son. The product was still in stock, still in season and not a lower price- so they could still sell the product. This was in the same time I processed all my holiday returns and this was the only company that does not have a holiday exception. It's 30 days. I used to do a lot of shopping here but have stopped shopping at MNML. The sizing was always inconsistent and returns were never easy.
