I placed order #53859 on March 14

I placed order #53859 on March 14, 2026. It has been 10 days, and the status is still "Processing." I contacted customer support several days ago to ask for an update, but I have received no response at all.

To make matters worse, I just received an automated email asking me to "review" the product that they haven't even shipped yet! This is completely unprofessional and shows a total lack of respect for their customers. If you are shipping to Israel or anywhere else, be aware that you might be ignored after they take your money.

Very disappointed. Do not recommend this site.
