Waiting several weeks product still not delivered problem not sorted not impressed
Engañado y decepcionado
el pasado 27/enero hice una compra por 60€ en mo-online (MODALFA - COMÉRCIO E SERVIÇOS, S.A.), que recibí el 2/febrero. Abro el paquete y todo ok. Desde mo-online les hago saber que he recibido mi pedido pero no el cargo en mi cuenta Paypal.
4/febrero recibo email de MO customer service :
“Dear Customer ,
We appreciate your contact, which deserved our best attention.
Following your request, we verify that an error occurred with the payment of your order. Therefore, we ask that you access the following link to be charged the amount: (no permiten poner el enlace)
We thank you for your preference”
4/febrero utilizo el link (sin advertir que era paypal.me) y envío 60€
8/febrero me cargan 60€ desde Paypal PERO INDICAN FECHA VALOR 3/FEBRERO
O sea que he pagado 120€ por un pedido de 60€
He reclamado tres veces a MODALFA - COMÉRCIO E SERVIÇOS, S.A., pero su contestación siempre es:
“In response to your request, we inform you that we have not found any anomaly in the payment processing of your order”
Muy decepcionado. Seguiré reclamando mis 60€ en redes sociales. No puedo con las injusticias.
Very Poor Service. ive Ordered 8 face Masks Still Not Received. I Waited more than 8 Days.
Masks broke after few uses. I contacted customer service about it almost 2 months ago and they told me they had to collect the masks in order to refund the money. Of course, noone ever comes to collect the masks after they said they have attempted to book a collection but the company is not coming
Any excuse not to give the money back.
They take weeks to answer any email o message sent just to keep asking to wait.
Horrendous customer service, bad quality products and fake information - free returns don't happen. They just keep your money! Never buy from them
