So easy. My osteopath did not take cards payments, so I opened Mo's app. It took me less than 5min to enter my claim (because it was my first time). Less than 10min after I was reimbursed. So impressive. Usually, in France, if you have to pay in advance, you have to wait a long time to have your money back. So, it is easy to loose track of what is back in your pocket or not when you have a family. Thanks MO. Your process is clear, simple and great. You make it so much easier!

My first experience using Mo.Health was buying a new pair of glasses for work. I went to buy them from Ace&Tate and wasn't able to process the payment due to it not yet being on Mo.Health's list of providers. However, the team quickly got in touch within the day and the issue was resolved, my glasses ordered and all paid for through Mo.Health!
