Lasting results, elite service

826 provided an elite service in helping me to define & achieve my fitness & eating goals.

They focussed on small actionable steps that lead to tangible results and a lasting change in my exercise & eating habits and behaviours.

I learnt a lot about myself, new techniques and new mindsets to create change that have helped me in areas of my life beyond just fitness.

Their recommendations for wider reading also instantly changed my worldview for the positive.

All round brilliant service, recommend.
